Shab, I would like to start of by apologising. I believe I was too hasty abusing my power to call an election, and I should certainly have confronted you beforehand, and not doing so was a mistake that I shouldn’t have made. Whilst I much gratitude for the promotion, I feel somewhat tainted by the experience. I am sorry that you declined my offer of being leader with me, but if you would not be happy with the position, I understand.

Possible Division Simplification(Vote for your choice):

The first thing I am going to possibly do as Main Leader is to simplify Divisions. Currently there are three, which are a little unbalanced, and I am going to try make it simpler by introducing just two.Which will be decided by the alphabet, like the old system.

Here are the benefits of this:

1. It will be simpler to have a practice battle.
2. Easier to understand which side you are on.
3. Similarly to the old system, no need for division registration.
4. The two opposing sides will be larger in size, making it more of a spectacle.
5. There won’t be a need to have a proper battle by having 2 divisions against 1, we can just have one on one.

So, to facilitate this, we will be splitting divisions in half down the middle of the alphabet.

Alpha Division: If your name starts with any letter between A and M.

Echo Division: If your name starts with any letter between N and Z.

I did a chat poll on this and the results were around 50/50, so I decided to make a poll to see what you think.

Results of War with Nachos

Whilst I am sure Nachos/BA will appeal this, it is certainly my belief that ACP/RA did infact win the war. Whilst I gave a more thorough summary of the war HERE, I will sum up  basically what I mean:

Even if Nachos did win Snow Fort (First time round) and Grizzly due to ACP joke bombing, as well as Saturday’s battle, they would still have only won 3 and we would have won 4, therefore making us the victors of the war. So, the winner of the war on Saturday was completely irrelivant, and fighting over it would be timewasting and pointless. Yet, the facts are there, and Nacho’s have clawed their way to 3 wins on technicalities, even with ACP dominance, but we can safetly say, even with these drawbacks, ACP/RA has won the war, and there should be a degree of respite between the two armies.. for now..

Commenting:

It came to my attention, amidst all the chaos surrounding elections etc., that comments came in a lot faster and in larger amounts.

For example, our two posts about A) The Practice Battle with RA, and B) The practice Battle with Nachos posts both got approximately 55 comments. These posts were up for close to a week, yet the election post got around 50 genuine ACP soldiers voting on it in the space of around 4 hours. This shows to me that we do not lack in people, just the enthusiasm to comment.

Basically, we need you to comment so we can see who is active, and how many. Commenting makes you more viable for promotion because we know you are attending events, and not just going but not commenting. It is hard to accurately say who attended from battlefield pictures, so commenting on ALL posts is important.

Earth Day:

From April 22nd to 25th, Club Penguin will be staging a party called “Earth Day”. This is in relation to the fact that all around the world people will be honouring a day where we respect the environment etc. etc., but, on Club Penguin, it should result in a lot of green, which is obviously great for us!

Whilst Club Penguin have not directly said that things will be going green, here are the signs that lead me to such a conclusion:

1. Generally, environmentally friendly things tend to be green, and its what most people associate things like recycling with.
2. Club Penguins says “There here large open spaces around the shack make it a perfect place to grow a garden” Gardens generally have grass, and what colour is grass, green!
3. Club Penguin also says “We’re gonna use that to help water the plants!” This isn’t as direct as the first one, but it also indicates a garden which will most likely be green as mentioned above.

So  hopefully we can make the most of this week, and get as many events in as possible, even if it turns out not to be green! More details will follow on this, and there will be plenty of events planned.
