Another new program we are introducing is the “Volunteers Program”. These people will not be fully fledged drill team leaders, or authors on the site, but they will be able to lead and help with sessions. You need to be a responsible, patient, kind, and loyal person in order to do this position, and as well as being over Colonel, you will have to go through some training sessions.
