Hi! It is I Stev, for the last time, no this is not a retirement post. I’m already retired 😀 . This is merely the last piece of writing that will resemble my existence here in ACP. Or any other place 😀 . But since I’m already retired, I would like to make this post, a beneficial post. A post that can help you all in your daily and army lives. May you all take this information to heart and may you apply it and find joy in your lives!
To the leaders of all armies: This spot will concern multiple things that can help you all become better leaders and make better soldiers. First, listen to your soldiers. Why must you listen to them? Because when you listen to the soldiers, they feel wanted in the army. They feel like they can express themselves in their own way and escape their daily lives. I know from experience. When I first started in armies I was always trying to get my ideas and plans and opinions across for the better of whatever army I was in. As it turned out, I ended up helping more than I thought I ever could. If you recall back to when you leaders started off in armies, didn’t you also want to be heard? Didn’t you feel like you had things to say that could benefit the army in a major way? Always remember, you are not leaders, you are soldiers, nonetheless, and as soldiers you must learn from one another. Don’t let a title and a higher responsibility get to your head. Because you yourself were once at the position where all of the other soldiers are. You may be at the top of the ranks and have the highest responsibility bestowed upon you, but below you is someone better. Learn from that person. Don’t allow other people to see you differently than they always have. If you do so, then that may and will ruin your friendships and ruin you. Also keep in mind that just because you have been given the rank of a leader, that does not in any way, ever, guarantee that you can lead. The best leader is always the follower. The best leader is always the ones who accepts the fact that he is not good and must constantly keep learning to be able to lead. Because in the end, what good would reaching a high rank be, if in the process you lose the entire army? Respect, honor, pride, dignity and truth will help you better yourselves and the soldiers. Reflect these things to show the soldiers what it truly means to be in their position. You can’t change the army until you change yourselves. What are the signs of a good leader? The results you get from the soldiers. If you lead an army that is lazy, does not show respect, worthless, then how do you think others will classify the leaders? Reflect the things you learn in school, home and anywhere else. Because you can’t teach someone something that you don’t understand. Teach yourselves and others too to treat the army, allies and enemies with respect with all your soul, strength, heart, mind and might. And your reward of a large and powerful army, will be made sure. The affect of words and actions spoken by other leaders and people can have the same affect in your army and yourselves.. if you let it. See? This is the point, if you let it dive in to your heart and mind and let it guide you. But you’ve got to do that and it means effort on your part. Another thing I wanted to discuss was how you as leaders should all choose your future leaders. Because you will not always be around and when it comes time for the next soldier to stand up then you will need to be ready when it comes to making the right decision. Here is a list of things you need to look in the soldier(s) that can be considered for taking up a leader rank:
Irreprehensible; having fine testimony from people outside; free from accusation: When serving as a soldier, one must be irreprehensible, that is, free of blame from other soldiers and one who does not have arguements or disagreements with vast majorities of the army(ies). One appointed to a leader rank, must also have good judgement from people from other armies, be that enemies and allies.
Dedicated to one army: This in no way means that one can not be in multiple armies. But it does mean that the person considered for a leader rank must be someone who has put that army in primary place. A text from the bible says “One can not be eating from the table of demons and be eating from the table of god.” That is very true. Because one can not be fully dedicated to 2 or more armies at the same time. Keep that in mind, that person must be fully dedicated to the army in which he/she is being considered for a leader rank.
Presiding over his/her life in a fine manner: What does this mean? It means that a person considered for a leader rank must also have a well organized life. Be careful to not choose someone who mixes his/her real life problems with the army problems. Everything has it’s place and a person that mixes the army with personal life problems will ultimately bring the army down. The person considered for a leader rank must be very active, of course, be good with other armies and at the same time, not let himself/herself be too addicted to the army. Please, never let your soldiers become too addicted to the army and encourage them to go out and enjoy life as well.
Not a lover of power or dishonest gain: One who is a lover of power can become too powerhungry and bring the army down to ruins. That person can destroy the respect and friendships of soldiers and destroy the bond between other armies. The person also considered for a leader rank shouldn’t be someone who will do things in a dishonest manner just to gain things for his/her self. For example: bribing soldiers for xats or powers or days, starting wars over selfish reasons, banning, kicking, guesting, muting for reasons that make no sense. etc.
Not newly converted; tested as to fitness: A person considered for leader rank should not be a new face to the army. The soldier should have been dedicated to the army and tested to see how far he/she would go for the sake of the army.
Leaders, keep all these things in mind and you will definetely have a wonderful and great army for future generations to come.
Now onto the soldier section.
To all the soldiers of all the armies: You are the army. The army is nothing without you, without you the army would break faster than a twig. Keep on your dedicated work towards bettering yourselves, your friends and the army. You will find that you will make friendships, beautiful, wonderful friendships in these armies that will bring you great joy and happiness. Never, ever, let an army come between your friendships. That is the stupidest thing you can ever do in these armies. Your friends are more valuable than anything else. There is no greater love than the love you have for your friends in these armies. They will help you, guide you, teach you in many different ways. Learn from one another and put that knowledge to use on the battlefield. Doing so, you will never lose no matter what and you will always find true happiness in armies. You can’t make the leaders and others happy unless you make yourself happy first. Remember that and you will be a great help for the army. Don’t feel like the leaders don’t take you into consideration when you aren’t picked for something you’ve been yearning for. That will always happen. But you know what? That betters you as a soldier. Because it shows you that maybe you need to work on more things and the leaders will see that. They will see your efforts, your goals, your determination and you will be recognized amongst the armies. The leaders owe a lot to you all, because you truly are what makes the army and the leader. Keep on with your marvelous work and you will be victorious. For you soldiers looking to obtain a higher rank in armies, read the suggestions I made for the leaders and you will without a doubt, not only become a leader, but a better soldier and person as well.
I leave you all with these final few words of mine. May you all put them to use and may you all have wonderful army lives. Remember, the critic educates the masses, but the artist educates the critic. When you walk into the battlefields, all of you, soldiers, leaders, legends. Remember to walk with your heads held high and your flippers down low, because you are all, leaders.
P.S I ask that this post be stickied for a day. That is my final request. Thank You.
