Yoooo,
Before I start please note that: This post is in no way attempting to discredit any leader. It is designed as a morale booster, not an attempt to insult anyone. Infact, I myself was involved as a leader during all the times mentioned (excluding Boomer’s) and any attempt to discredit this would be infact an insult to myself. I only chose early February for all of them as a control. Please do not take offence.
So, how has this new leadership been working out so far? Let’s see..
I am not going to bore you with loads of little details, I’m just gonna show you what’s what.

The comment count is of course not neccesarily the leader’s fault, but I thought it would be nice to put it in to see our growth rate.

We are definately making strides here in terms of Unscheduled Battle size Numbers.

Boomer Leader (December ’09):

I am not saying Early February was bad, but we have improved, but still need to continue making strides to get back to the truly massive size of Boomer’s Time.

What this pic shows us is that hits have remained pretty constant before and after the leadership change, but hits for battles going up slightly, as seen two or three days after Shab became leader where we had the war Vs Nachos.

As you can see, the join page hits, which of course are critical for new recruits, are on the up. Of course this does not neccesarily mean we are getting bigger, but it is a very good and positive statistic.
Well, there you have it, we are definately growing, and growth is never a bad thing. If we continue on at this rate, we will regain the status we enjoyed in the Boomer era. I’m sure we all want that back again. 😉
