I believe Person posted these a while ago but I cannot find the post so I will rewrite them. ALL MAJOR ARMY LEADERS, PLEASE SIGN YOUR NAME AND PUT WHAT ARMY YOU BELONG TO IN A COMMENT IF YOU ACCEPT THESE GUIDELINES

1A. An invasion must follow all rules that are outlined here: http://cparmycouncil.wordpress.com/2009/06/09/voting-on-the-small-army-bill/#comments

1B. The information required includes the following: Server name, date of invasion, time of invasion, army invading, and starting room

1C. The invading army must have at least 5 people invading

2A. The invading army must invade and win at least 6 rooms. A win is classified as having more active soldiers (People Throwing Snow Balls, Not Dancing) than the other army. A win is also determined when the defending army leaves the room.

2B. After a room has been fought in it cannot be re-invaded.

2C. The rooms that fight is allowed in are: Iceburg, Town, Dock, Plaza, Snowforts, Forest, Cove, Beach, Lighthouse, Ski Town, Ski Mountain, Dojo, Mine (Above), Mine (Below), Pool. (If a room should be added to this please comment)

3A. If after 10 minutes an army does not have at least 5 soldiers show up to defend or invade the server is declared successfully invaded or defended.

3B. Pictures are to be taken of each invaded room. If an army does not have pictures of each win (min 6) then they cannot say that they successfully invaded the room.

This post is not meant to be biased towards ACP. If it is please comment on how you think it should be changed. Again ALL MAJOR ARMY LEADERS MUST VOTE!!!

    Instead of making a list of rooms only we can use, we should have the list of rooms we cannot use… I have other things to add but I can’t think of them right now.

    The soccer pitch is a nice battle field too,but not when its transformed into the Ice Rink since its harder to form and charge.

    Ok, well instead of 6 rooms we should do only 5 rooms since most invasions/battles for armies last 30 minutes and you can’t really do 6 rooms in 30 minutes, and all rooms should be allowed except the Hq and igloos, and you have to fight in a room for a minimum of 4 minutes, and it should work for all Major and Meduim armies, not so much for small armies since they can barely get 5 people.

    I agree to that, and I think the rules that should apply to the Small Armies is the 5 people at the invasion.

    Why do we need all these rules? I mean, why can’t we just have open warfare instead of having to fight in certain rooms and have rules about specific things?

    I know it’s a stupid question, but I just want to know why.

    I don’t lie this.. RPFs loophole was a fun extra. You can’t limit armies, its just pushin gthem down. Rules suck. “4 hour rule was fine, we can leave it how it is.

    I agree with Saint. 2b is pointless. It’ll make wars not that much fun.

    Also, I think these rooms should be the rooms we fight in: Town, Plaza, Snow Forts, Ice Rink/Soccer Pitch, Dance Club, Dance Lounge, Coffee Shop, Book Room, Stage (Note, any extra rooms in the Stage at the time of battle will be off-limits), Puffle Shop, Pizza Parlor, Forest, Cove, Dock, Beach, Beacon, Lighthouse, Ski Village, Ski Mountain, Ski Lodge, Ski Attic, Sports Shop, Agent HQ, Gift Shop, Boiler Room, Cave (pool), Mine, Mine Shack, Dojo Courtyard (small armies) and Dojo.

    @Nightmare: UMA isn’t considered a top ten army according to CPA Central I believe… So I don’t know if your vote is even input into this bill…

    @Fiasco, Looholes? so you see the hole where people do their business? I think you mean LOOPHOLE

    So does that mean an army with three people who invaded a server before these rules were released has to re invade a server if they still have three people? I’m merged now so it dosent really matter but i invaded a server but there were no people to fight back i checked nearly all of the rooms too but back then i wasn’t merged and only had 2 people back then we have way more now that we are merged so do i have to re invade? Sorry for the long question but can someone please tell me.
