The Head of Propaganda of each division is in charge of making banners, posters, and other images to promote your division and it’s cause. Your Head of Propaganda must be great at editing and making things such as this and must be active and willing enough to make these daily.
The leader of each division must select a Head of Propaganda in the next 24 hours. Be wise in your decision. Good luck.

why argue Seth, he has been the first general and I would have to say he has been doing a good job. why change something that isnt broken, he is more active than you in the division anyway… no offense when is the last time you posted on the echo site?
Seth, you are no doubt a great help to Echo, but you could ask every Echo to give an honest opinion on who they think should lead, maybe 85 % of Echo would say me. I’ve let a bunch of peopke lead at some battles, the only battle you’ve came to was the unscheduled one today.
