I am sure most of you are asking that exact question. I am going to attempt to explain. When Saint decided to retire, she chose a new leader for the ACP to replace her. There was an ACP soldier who felt he deserved the position more. Rapidy, who was the leader of ACP and was fired by his own soldiers. Rapidy then teamed up with Commando, the former leader of RPF, ( which is struggling) to try to force Saint into selecting them to run ACP. When this failed, they formed the Next Generation Of ACP. They recruited a retired ACP soldier, 3 recently joined ACP soldiers, and 1 ACP veteran. In all, NGA is made up of mostly non ACP members. They made campaign banners asking you to disown your own army and vote them into power for the betterment of ACP. How a retired/fired former leader and a non ACP, former leader of a small struggling army is for the betterment of ACP I fail to understand. They were soon joined by the regular ACP haters on Club Penguin. It became and has become more of a regenerated RG then any thing else. They are led by Omega39, ACP’s long lived sworn enemy, so you can see where they are headed.
In the past 2 weeks or so, the current leaders and former leaders, (excluding Rapidy) discussed a path for change. And from that discussion was born our new groundbreaking democracy that will be phased in over the next 6 months. This new democracy, simply put, left the NGA with no reason to exist anymore. They were formed after all, in their own words, to just bring a democracy to ACP. So now in 6 months, ACP will be the ONLY major army to elect it’s leader and be governed by a senate. The Nachos certainly don’t, and that is why you see Akabob, trying to support NGA against the ACP. As long as they are busy with the ACP, Akabob feels safe. Now the NGA is left with no clear reason to exist, they have decided to bring ACP down. They tried the CP United Nations, and when they failed there, they claimed it was because they were made up of high ranking ACP soldiers. Finally, Saint and the other current leaders of ACP decided we have had enough. They are no longer just a campaign site, but have morphed into a true rebellion as can be seen by the change in posts and comments. In fact sadly, one of their “leaders” ( in power with no election) likened himself to Jesus. ACP has decided for the betterment of ACP and the safety of our chat room, we will ban and fire all members of the NGA. They were all given the chance to leave the NGA and resume their career with ACP first. They chose the rebellion over ACP.
ACP will, going forward, ignore the NGA and their band of renegades and work towards bringing our new democracy to fruition.
Along the way, we will say a sad goodbye to a retiring leader ( Saint) and welcome in a new leadership, who will steer ACP to a new and bright future. All those who have stayed for the ride, are what has made ACP the greatest army in CP, and will see ACP flourish in the coming months. Thank you for your faith and thank you for your loyalty.

democracy is the enemy of armies. elections never choose good leaders, people get too focused on politics and not wars, and the electoral college is a bunch of homos in the first place. im so glad im quitting this army soon. see, what i was hoping was going to happen was that all forms of governemnt were going to be abolished, but the exact opposite happened. im telling you, if all the armies just did that, wed be so far on the right track that you couldnt see the starting line anymore.

Look at the new post on the CPUN. They didn’t fail. By the way I sort of support this idea because I don’t want ACP to becom Communism and that went horrible in real life. The government can’t make every decision you know.

They are flaming every post we do! They are saying they are the powerful force in the movie ACP is fighting. And in movies the good team (ACP) always wins. So they are saying that theya re going to lose XD. Ive just been looking at their site and i found myself laughing for 10 minutes. They say they want democracy and there logo is a robot with lasers coming out of its eyes! ACP just give in to a damn election i have and idea on how to have it
Step 1: have a popular vote where ACP Soldiers vote on which person they feel is best for ACP which means the candidates will have to explain thier plans on how to run ACP which will garunteed only the most qualified will move on cause ACP won’t vote for and idiot like DRY whose only negotiation skills are to LIE!the 3 most qualified will then move on to step 2
Step 2: Congress & Candidates will have a meeting where the 3 candidates discuss their plans again and then 3 ppl elected by congress will question them on certain issues and on their plans then congress votes and only 2 candidates will head on to step 3
Step 3: will be where the Candidates share all their ideas for ACP with the entire ACP and then their’s a poll for each candidates one saying (yes or no) and congress if it’s not corrupt should do what the soldiers of ACP wants and vote for the candidate which ACP wants

Berat, ACP do not give into anything. They make their own decisions which are good for majority of the army.
Second, I commented on their site and they start flaming me and calling me a n00b i had to give them a definition on noob as they used it in the wrong way XD. They also said leave a response so what do I do leave a response! XD
