Commando and I kinda combined our ideas, so here is the info for the WWFF on Saturday:

Hosted Chat: http://xat.com/armycentral (We’re going to use a chat, so then people who show up can either verbally fight if wished and so leaders who show up can figure out who they want as allies to make up sides- if they want) – I want ACP to focus on commands given on CP
I made a map that I based loosely on where armies tend to recruit. This could represent our “Nation” that we would need to protect from invasion. I tried to base them on total size, not by number of rooms.

- Available for other armies
Armies not listed can pick any of the non-colored rooms. I think with “Nations”, it will be more realistic because you have something to protect and to invade.
The next thing we need to decide is a team thing. If we want to do teams, we need to make them fair, so the outcome of this poll may mean we need a meeting to decide. Or it can be spur-of-the-moment as things progress (kinda like the boardgame Risk).

Next, I feel like we need to discuss the bot stuff that has been going on recently. Over the past few weeks, ACP has been attacked consistently at any public gathering. Originally, all of the bots were blue and were saying “ACP Anti Club Penguin” and “Ice Warriors”, but after a recent attack of “RPF” bots, the bots have been promoting RPF, as you can hear from these two accounts:
“At the pool they all turned black and said
“ANTI ACP”
“Everybody get into the yellow submarine”
“Rpf rPf”
“It Was Us All Along”
“Save Billybob””
“Listen to me if we have a world war it wont be for fun rpf is evil they sent anti acp bot and said this on breeze:

This is either IW framing RPF now because they feel we are basically blaming them, or RPF has been disguising it as IW so as not to be suspected. Either way, this needs to stop, so I would hope that both leaders make a post warning their armies not to do this. Thank you.

First thing, I wanna touch on is the bot thing. Maybe it could be some noobs, but then again, u said at any public gathering, so I think IW is framing RPF, or something. And the WWFF thing is a good idea. I think teams should be:
Team 1: ACP, WW, and IW
Team 2: Nachos, RPF, and UMA
Or some kind of other combination, I tried to make it even, but then again, RPF is small, and so is UMA, so hopefully we get a lot of people to join.

I actually think the ACP’s “Nation” would cover a good part of the eastern half of the map — When patrolling, we usually start at the Snow Forts, work our way to the Cove, then head back to the Snow Forts.
But I’d say we are at the Forts about 80% of the time.

I like the nations idea, and I dont know what these bots are about. It must be some private individual looking for a good war. The best thing we can do is report and get them banned. And or email Club Penguin about this.

Also, the nations isnt very fair. All those small armies need a place to recruit. you gave all the places good for recruiting to the large armies.

I did see alot of shadow troops at breeze during the small war…..But they were actualy throwing snowballs at the bots…
Finally, a war that we’ll finally actually fight instead of the constant diplomacy.

I read about Commando993’s post, or Jel. They were all like, they r gonna create a Union Of United something. And they were all like, NO ACP. And then I commented and said: Im ACP, and all of those armies r allies. So if ACP isnt in it, wat makes u think our allies r going to join. I mean think about it. I have been in armies since June 07, I know this game well. So, I mean u may get RPF, but u will never get CPAF, or Nachos.
Here are the ST rules they made and the allies they wanted to join to their Union Of The United Penguin Armies.
1. Each army’s server is open to any member of the union
2. Any threat to one army is a threat to all of the Union(any army threatened, the whole union will help destroy them)
3. NO ACP!!!!!!….it explains itself
4. We could accomplish many goals that we couldn’t by themselves.
5. Armies near collapse could be saved
Here are armies I would definatly love to have in this union

6.RPF
7. CPAF
P.S. I think they are trying to pick a fight wit us, seems kind of odd that most of the people they want to join r allies of ACP.

Boomer should we get Gratino or that server the battle was going to be on. I feel like we need a server on every language. So should we. Anyone can answer we their idea but I have to get approval from Boomer first.

I have been doing quite a bit of reasearch into this.
