Shab: This is fair. I don’t agree with some things but most is true. Head, if I kicked u for swearing you would have freaked out and said that I was bullying you. And I do agree that Aber does need something to do. I’m sry that I have been kinda ignoring that fact that your 3rd in command.

Jedi’s Edit: I’m really sorry aber. I wasn’t there, for the first half so I didn’t see you 🙁 . I agree with the changes Boomer has proposed. Also, I think that I could also find some other stuff for aber to do, as well.
Boomer’s Edit: ACP almost lost Aber today because she has been feeling as though she is not important to this army. She was frustrated by being left out of Ankita’s post about the Tournament battle when she really did more than Shab and Ankita put together. She is 3rd in Command, but really has no say in the army or the government. So here it is:
New Year’s Resolution #1
We need to respect Aber as an equal to the other leaders in ACP. Therefore, she will be an Editor on the site, an Owner on chat, and will have more authority than she was allotted before. Together we have decided that something that she could do, as well as something that should be done, is get the Governors more involved. It will be Aber’s job to collect reports from Governors about activity in their servers. This means that Governors will need to patrol their servers at least once a day if possible, and report any army activity to her. This will help us keep track of armies using land grants, as well as being able to alert us of enemy invasions much quicker. Because of this new task, Aber will have the title of Vice President in addition to 3rd in Command. Pay attention to this Shab and Ankita, because this is for you as well 😉 . She deserves more respect than she has had from all of us recently.
It seems as though some soldiers are not going to give me a chance to talk through this, so I am just going to make a deal straight-out. First, I will reset the chat, because some people are not mature enough to celebrate the New Year without being jealous of new mods and owners (it’s one day people). The heart of the problem seems to be Shab, who unfortunately has become a scapegoat for everything (I was the one who said we could have a couple retiring veterans be owners for a day, not Shab). The fact that no one listened to him shows an attitude that I cannot respect. It is an attitude that must be changed. Head, for example, thinks that everything Shab does is unjust (banning him, etc.). Then Head goes out and freaks out at Oagal and others for absolutely nothing, banning them forever, etc. And of course Head does nothing wrong…it is all Shab’s fault. I will say this, Shab needs to improve his behavior. But what does it say about you when you go out and do the same thing? “Shab started a rebellion and took us out of Mammoth.” Ok, yes he did that well over a month ago. What’s your response? Let’s start a rebellion. “Shab bans everyone unfairly.” Then people like Head, when given the chance, do the same exact thing. So are we not all at fault? Your behavior has been no better than Shab’s. This may have ended well for everyone if those of you rebels had let me handle it. Instead, we nearly had a crisis. Seeing as you will not give me the chance to talk to Shab before you break my neck for not firing him, I will address this the best way I can.
The Solution:
- The chat will be reset
- Shab will be a mod until he proves that he can handle himself better
- The rebellion will cease and those responsible will not be punished
No one seems to be able to come up with an argument on what Shab has done wrong as a leader (other than maybe he has not done much – which is my fault). Those who complain cite what he does on chat, so I feel that being a mod is a fitting punishment. He will not be able to ban Head or most of the others who have complained because they will also be mods. If you choose not to accept this, the consequences will be severe. In the early days of the United States, there was no greater crime than what has been commited here. Treason, or the act of attempting to overthrow one’s government, was punishable by death. However, should you accept this agreement, I will not punish those involved. I hope you are rational about the situation, or we are no better than what we have accused Shab of.
