Rapidy: Hooray! I’m an editor again 😀
Boomer: I do get annoyed by his constant rank complaints, but I do also believe that firing him is excessive. I am not mad about the decision, but I would prefer that we agree to override it if Jim agrees not to complain so much. Let me just say this to get it out there, complaining about your rank probably lowers your chance of getting a promotion unless the leader is a pushover and gives in so you stop asking. Unfortunately for people who have tried, I am not like that, so save your breath and let your service to the army do the talking.
Oagal: My side – If Jim is annoying, and does not cease to continue his annoying, then the leaders of the ACP have every right to fire him. However, he does deserve a fair warning and a second chance to change his behavior. But whatever; Boomer’ll be the decisive factor in the end. :-/
Sheila: In my opinion, he probably was being a bit annoying. He PC’S me ALOT asking for interviews and reccomendations for ranks…I would let him off w/ a 12 chat ban and a demotion…Just my opinion. .///.
Ok Sorry to post this over the post that i’m talking about (Im not an editor still so I couldnt edit this in) but firing someone just because you dont like them is harsh. I know what you mean about Jim, how he constantly complains about his rank, but I put up with him. And personally, I don’t think the co-leaders should be making this decision. Its suppose to be up to the real leader. And if Boomer isn’t annoyed by him, then leave it. You have an ignore button on chat and you can just tell him “No Jim, stop complaining.” But Firing him?? Thats a little intense….
Please look at the post below btw lol.
