Oagal first off, this poll was to see if people still wanted you to help acp. The result was NO. Since you used your poll to show me that acp wants mammoth, this poll determinds that you are not to touch acp whether it be the site or the soldiers unless the acp leader asks for your help.

As you said before “Other armys votes in this poll” lets look at your poll about if I should stay leader. You even put an option for people from other armys so if your not going to accept my poll, I have every right not to accept yours.

You have retired from acp atleast 3 times now, but have returned. Do you realize that the confusion when fort retired was becasue after fort picked Nono you shoved Nono out and put Rap as leader? That did not help acp in any way. So do not come back saying that you are going to kick me out of leadership and have elections for a new leader if I dont run this army like you want. You are the creator, not the leader. When you retired you gave up your power to fort. When you gave leadership to fort you said he now controls acp and was given this power so he can allow the image of acp to continue on. I dont see “so oagal can come back and tell you what to do so you dont really have any power, just an image”. Fort in turn passed the power to Nono, who had it stolen by you and given to Rap. Rap gave it to Kg who then gave it to me.

Since it is not you who has to deal with ranks, governor elections, other armys, or anything that pertains to acp dont tell acp what to do. Mammoth is a server, i dont see what is so valueable about it that you have to go into a rant. I do however see that acp has to improve their government which I am currently trying to fix.

Looking thru the acp archives I found this. Oagal gives fort the rank of surpreme commander. Now according to oagal’s constitution the surpreme commander cannot be kicked out of power. When fort retired he gave the title of surpreme commander to Nono. Oagal took Nono out of leadership which is a violation of his own constitution. Because of that, Oagal is no longer in control of acp so he has no right in trying to take away my power.

    Dang. Oagal got owned. I tried to tell u Oagal. U dont run ACP anymore. So leave us alone. Like I said in previous posts its my job as a veteran solider to protect ACP. Supreme Commander or not, I warned u, and it was only a matter of time before Shab told u off. Leave ACP alone. If u wanted to be leader, then why the heck did u retire?

    anyway, let’s get serious. there is something about the whole nono vs. rapidy thing that contradicts all that was stated by shab. fort told oagal to chose the leader. he TOLD HIM TO DO IT. “So Oagal I’d like you to choose whos leader.” it’s right there. Oagalthorp had the right to chose leader, and he was almost done, but then Fort, in a rush, selected Dr Nono. Oagalthorp soon after selected Rapidy (over me) to be leader. But then there was problems. Oagalthorp had every right to chose who was leader, and Rapidy really should have been leader, but Fort was impatient and chose one fast. I think the whole dilemma was in the long run, fort’s fault. Not that Fort wasn’t a good leader or anything.

    well… ask really anyone who’s been serving for over a year, really anyone. they will tell you that the old days of ACP were much better. in those old days, we did not try to change ourselves because others mocked. we just argued. but the thing was, we were some of the proudest people on Club Penguin. and we were much stronger. why, i remember a time when you went on mammoth and you saw ACP no matter what.

    now i fought through the last part of WWIII. nothing since then has been as great. yet after that, we fought a whole lot more. battling the nachos was amazing. and the debate between oagal and akabob was, well… http://tomtwelve.wordpress.com/2008/02/28/the-acp-and-nacho-flame-war/ more recently, we fought the golds. those guys merged with the nachos. since then, we haven’t had a battle like that.

    i haven’t known where i’ve been going with this whole post, but i think i do have one point. Who cares what people think? All that matters to me is that we have fun! Why not just follow some of Oagal’s suggestions? He was the greatest leader, and you won’t be better than him…shaboomboom. (the pause was for some sort of dramatic effect. :mrgreen: ) SOME OF US WANT TO DO SOMETHING BESIDES ELECT GOVERNERS, AND GO ON CHAT AND TALK.

    well, this comment was long, but i don’t know if i ever found what i was trying to write. still, i hope you can pull something out of it.

    oh and one more thing, oagalthorp and mammoth are technically not connected to each other. so while oagalthorp lost in this poll, mammoth won in the other poll. we should be able to invade mammoth if we want, and if we don’t we’ll just complain.

    man, why couldn’t oagal have just run for leader when fort retired. i guess his visits are even less than sporadic, or perhaps just plain rare, so he’d be an inactive leader, but…

    Shab, Oagal made ACP. He’s the one that made the topic on the Miniclip Forums and had enough hope to make it big. Well, not big, but HUGE. I say Oagal can do whatever the hell he wants to because last time I checked this was his site, as well as his army retired or not. What if Oagal didn’t make ACP or didn’t have the dedication to keep it going huh? I know I wouldn’t be here and niether would you.

    P.S.:It’s sad that I can type with no spelling errors when I don’t even have spell check. In fact, I can’t even call this typing. I can have no spelling errors with a little hand moving across my T.V. and pressing a round button with an ‘A’ on it. How sad.
