These are the rules which governors can’t break or they will be fired, kicked and until banned from ACP depending of the rule.

1. Being the governor of a server doesn’t mean that your army “conquer” the server. You are an DRACP governor, so you are going to be governor for the ACP.

2. You have to do a website for your server or sector. You have until 1 month to make the website. Once your website is ready, you must comment on the ACP website or private chat me on ACP chat to put your server site in your blogroll.

3. If you quit, you are fired, kicked or banned from the ACP; we will redo the elections.

4. As a governor, you have to go to the scheduled meetings for the president to talk about themes about the nation. If you can’t come, tell me on the ACP chat or comment in this website.

Ok the ACP is going to start having meetings again; these meetings will be for acp troops only. The ACP will meet at 8:00 a.m. pst. I would like all ACP Soldiers to be in uniform when we meet on the U.K Server Breeze. OAGALTHORP: I know I have said this before, but this is very likely to be my last post. Anyway, it appears that the Golds are starting to clean up their act, and without a formal declaration of war, too. So, Golds, I’m letting you off the hook. Guess what? if you keep up the good work, I’m letting you keep the U.K. without any charges, and you get to use Mammoth as your war server (but before starting a war there, please consult Fort57: after-all, it’s his server).

Also, I have a question to ask Fort: Which groups are “helping” us this summer? You don’t have to answer on this post, we can talk on the Chat Box.

OAGALTHORP: Fort, I’m appalled. The Golds aren’t a threat to the ACP, they are a threat to the well-being of every child playing Club Penguin. You need to understand that there are some things that are just worth fighting for.

You are the ACP leader, so do what you want. But the Golds are disrespecting and disobeying everything Club Penguin stands for. I’m not taking that sitting down, and I hope you don’t either. Wasn’t the ACP created to protect Club Penguin? I thought that you of anyone should know that, Fort.

P.S. Good job with the first battle guys, you CRUSHED ’em. If you can beat the Nachos that easily, the rest of the tournament should be a breeze. 😀

Ok I would like all ACP to go recruit on Snowboard for out Torunament battle vs RPF today. So get on there and go around Snowboard recuriting ACP troops. Also don’t fire at RPF until 11 am pst.

The ACP had a great turn-out against the Nachos today for our 1st battle of the tournament. Now I don’t care if Nachos say “We out-numbered ACP at 12:59”. Well the fact is that we won at 12:36 pst, and that even if that were true, 59 minutes of winning beats 1 minute of winning. Ya I said we won at 12:36, then some Nachos said no its not over, and now they said that I just said keep fighitng, even though we already have declared victory. (roll). Anyways here are some convincing pics that we won.

Ok we are not going to war with Golds. The Golds aren’t exactly the same old Golds. I mean sure they act inopropriate sometimes, but thats just the foundatoin of their army. Oagal not too many people agree with going to war with Golds, and whats their to be concerned about? I don’t see them as a theat to anything. It’s their choice to be in that army. So we shouldn’t go to war just because of what happend in the past, or just because they act differently than us. So I’m advising ACP not to attend this war.

OAGALTHORP: I have just discovered something many of you already know. The Golds Army is currently the greatest threat to peace and security in Club Penguin. And I’m not just saying that. They have already absorbed two armies within their Empire, and I can guarantee you that they will try to conquer more (a bit like Soviet Russia).

Normally I wouldn’t have a problem with this, but the Golds truly are a bad influence. Their website includes profanity, graphics images, and the complete disregard for the safety of children playing CP. I will not stand for this. Club Penguin is a kids game, and don’t need people like the Golds corrupting its users.

Now you may be thinking “Oagal, we already know about the Golds and what they do. Why are you making an edit it TomY’s post?” Well, I am proposing that the ACP and its allies wage war on these tyrants until our new demands are met. Here are my demands. (If anyone thinks that we should add a demand, leave a comment suggesting your demand and why we should demand it.)

1. That the Golds remove all inappropriate images, movies, slide-shows, words, or phrases form their posts and pages.
2. That the Golds promise to try and become more “child-appropriate.”
3. That the Golds give the U.K. and all other servers they have claimed back to the citizens of those servers.

If these demands are not met, I hope that army leaders everywhere will continue the righteous war against the Golds until the demands are met.

On a lighter topic, I suggest that Kg move the tournament to the weekend after this. Thanks to me 🙁 many people are confused about the battle times and places.

I know that it is your tournament Kg, but I’m telling you: A half-hour is the perfect time span for a battle, and people should only have to fight one battle per day. This way armies can recover and fight at their full strength the next day.

Well, not actually. Only a few servers (the huge cities) will appear during these, the first elections of “Da DRACP 2008 presidential election!”. The reason the polls were delayed was due to me (stupid brain) forgetting and deleting the links of the original polls.

The following people are getting demoted for rebellious ignorant acts.

These two were acting ignorant on ACP chat, they were saying i did the wrong thing for banning nodear for acting ignorant, and Jungle said for my punishment “Fort should go to hell.” Now these comments were not taken lightly, these are rebellious acts because I was doing what was right, based on their biased opinions. I didn’t do this because of religion, politics, or anything they think of. I did it just like i said i banned Nodear for, acting Ignorant. Way to screw up your acp career.
