I am Headofpolice. Some people know me some people dont. Also some people like me, some people hate me. Well. . . The people that hate me im really sorry if i hurt you or something. Some people say that ‘ I dont deserve this ‘. Well your all wrong. I helped with the ACP Hq and The Acp forums and more! Some people hate me because they are jelous of my power. The people that read this might think ‘ Hey! Im not jelous of Head ‘ ! But inyourself you know you are. So this is a message to the people that hate me. Please come and talk to me on the ACP Chat if you hate me so we can sort this out. With Great power become Great responsibility!

Later of long weeks, one of the biggest projects for the ACP is prepared for the opening on this friday. And I have made two sneak peeks of the HQ.

The HQ will be for ACP only (sometimes, we can let other armies enter BUT WITH PERMISSION). The HQ is ready but his official opening is:

TomY: I just came back from jail, lol. Now, I need to give you a big official announcement.

In 2 days, the biggest ACP project will open to people. The ACP HQ.

But I will hire 2 people to help the ACP website due to that I need some help in CP updates. As you should have seen (ACP nation page), Headofpolice have been promoted to third in command.

Headofpolice have been chosen as editor and will post newspapers and catalogs (that will include every CP catalog)

Also, Lucario98765 (Aka Luc – PM from Fort “i hate u too luc lol”) have been chosen but as author and will post CP blog posts and parties.

EDIT: Due to the big conflict and the fact that nobody respect themselves (bazillions of fights in the ACP chat), I decided to get Head and Luc as both authors. This is my final decision.

P.S: There won’t be any new authors until Luc, Fort, Head or my own retire from the ACP. I won’t accept any question on the ACP chat to be an editor in the site. This just got in my nerves. 😕

Well look, I might retire from ACP. It seems as if this Democratic Army changed a little to a comunist one. Whenever it seems I make a decision, it gets changed. And then mysteriously there are wars we become part of. So look ya I might retire, but hey just the same as the two 2nd in commands before I became a Field Marshal did too, like Penquin Jim and Orcacam07.

OAGALTHORP: Since this post is about a day old, I think it should be fine if I make a few announcements.

First of all, Fort is not retiring, I am not coming back as the leader (I’m an adviser), and the ACP s not going to have a Civil War. There has been some trouble between me and Fort solely because of poor communication. Which is why I would like to talk to Fort as soon as possible on the ACP Chat discuss the plan we are having trouble agreeing with.

Second off, I just recently have discovered that the new future Nacho leader (Shadow) has been openly disrespecting the ACP, not to mention the SSACP. There are several things that Shadow said that are not true or simply exaggerated, only a few of which are “‘ACP’ has tried to destroy the UMA by hacking” (it was for  hacking not by  hacking 🙄 ), “‘ACP’ is hacking smaller armies wordpresses to get rid of future threats.”(I don’t recall hacking any websites 😕 ), and my personal favorite “Oagalthorp is always trys to shoot us.”(WTH?!)

Anyway, this tells me that Shadow is just a tad bit jealous that the I (and most of the ACP) am agreeing with the SSACP in this conflict. Shadow, this is just some future advice: You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar. We here in the ACP usually doesn’t side with people who openly mock us.

And finally, the ACP is going to defend the SSACP from the Nachos and Golds in the Nachos’ capital, White House, USA South. Let’s pray they don’t fire at us, because that may get the ACP involved in this war. And you know from my recent poll that we are ready to fight.

• WHAT DAY: Monday, May 26
• WHAT TIME: 3:00pm PST
• WHAT SERVER: White House, USA South
• WHAT ROOM: Start in the Snowforts, and just follow the battle around.
• TACTICS: Spread yourselves within the SSACP, just to warn the Nachos and Golds not to throw snowballs at you. And don’t fire until fired upon!
• OBJECTIVE: Defend the SSACP.

I believe Fort, Head, or TomY will lead you. Fort: Before you call this off, we need to talk on the chat.

• ACP Headquarters: An All-New Project Coming this Summer!

This summer will be one of the funniest and the best for the ACP. I am gonna work on a huge project which will include some of the following stuff:

-ACP HQ:Our own headquarters which will be only accessible by ACP soldiers. We will have our own igloo which you will be accessible by asking the ACP HQ penguin (Xtremebilly) to be your buddy. Later, you will have access to the headquarters. This will be planned on May 30.

-New Contests: Which will include a few ones with prizes of free membership and other good rewards.

-ACP Website 4.0:This will include games, our own ACP youtube channel (which will appear videos of wars) and lots of good features.

-Camp ACP:This was Nakib’s idea. This place could be a camp for new ACP soldiers to become better soldiers.

OAGALTHORP: Fort, I’m surprised. When has the ACP ever backed out to help an ally? Listen, here are my suggestions:

1. We raise our strength and ability to enter an action zone instantly.
2. We defend the SSACP’s servers. This doesn’t mean we attack the Nachos. This means that if the Nachos or Golds fire at any ACP or SSACP soldiers within an SSACP server, we will unleash out full force on the attacker.

Unfortunately, unless diplomacy is used at its strongest within these first few days (we will try), this will probably be WWIV. Let the records show that the ACP has never lost a major war.

I would like to talk to Maz and Fort as soon as possible in order to discuss tactics, in case this war does happen. If you listen to my suggestions, we won’t be at war, we will simply be defending an ally’s land from attackers. As far as I see, the SSACP has done nothing to deserve this, so we are fighting for a righteous cause.

P.S. Some of our not-so-secret tactics include:

• Visit some of the SSACP’sservers (and Mammoth) at least twice a day, for at least 15 minutes each. Patrol the server and make sure no Nachos or Golds are causing any trouble. If they are, contact the rest of the ACP’s soldiers at the ACP Chat, and get back-up.
• When you are on Club Penguin, advertise for the ACP as much as possible and get new recruits and ACP supporters.
• When on CP, travel in groups. Go to the ACP Chat to organize the patrol party, and have the highest ranked officer there lead it.
• Stay in the open, stay visible, and look as big as possible. That means stay together, but don’t overlap each-other. This will get the CP civilians to (rightfully) believe that the ACP and SSACP are winning.
• Make the enemy appear as small as possible. To cover them up, hold the “Tab” key and click right below their feet.
• As Akabob previously said, “Hold the psychological advantage.” This won’t be a problem for us, because to hold the psychological advantage, you need to win a few battles first. 😉 Plus the Nachos and Golds have to valid reason for starting this war.
• Gain as many allies as possible, and remember: Small allies are just as important as big ones.
• Never fire until fired upon. Our motto for this conflict is “We don’t expect to be fired at, but if we are, we’ll have a big gun waiting in the holster.” Lol!

But remember: We won’t do any of this until Fort gives the “OK”.
