At 2 PM pst, we had a huge celebration for the ACP HQ party. There was a big madness in the ACP chat and there was a reason. More than 30 people were waiting at Ice Box, cove. Exactly at 2 PM pst, Xtremebilly came and accepted all of the buddy requests of ACP soldiers and VLA soldiers.

I am gonna give permission to people who wants to be in ACP HQ but they must be ACP ONLY. To enter ACP HQ, you must meet with Xtremebilly (which could be me or Headofpolice).
ACP soldiers will meet at the ACP HQ at Mammoth or Breeze. This HQ will be used for the ACP as our own room to practice for wars, having meetings and more stuff.
We can meet at Mammoth or Breeze for ACP meetings or practice battles (which will be at BREEZE ONLY).
