The Newspaper Issue 110 is out and here it is the main news:

-In the special section, the yellow puffles were officially discovered. And they find out that the puffles are talented creatures, with a great interest in art.

-Also, they are talking about the success of the Theater and the good costumes.

-The featured game is Catchin’ Waves.

-There is an advertisement about the upcoming party of this friday.

-Aunt Arctic answers questions about the creative penguins that makes restaurants, desert island, stadiums and colleges and also about the seats and tables that were removed at the end of the theater construction.

-In the tips and secrets, they talk about the cheats of Bean Counters: You can hold a maximum of five bags; the anvil, the fish and flower fall in the same place and you can win extra coins if you have bags when the truck leaves.

-Some jokes (to see the answers, highlight the joke):

Impostors

In my last post, I answered as many questions as possible (Most edits are towards the top). But a few people imitated me, and that is completely against the rules. I may not of been clear enough, and I am sorry for that. But let me make myself clear: When making comments, don’t type in bold, cross-throughs, italics, or anything like that. And especially don’t impersonate anyone (An example: ME). Punishment can be as harsh as an IP ban.

Nacho Conquest

The Nachos are advancing their conquest. On their site, Zippy stated he would invade every Canadian server and attack anyone who is not an ally. WE WILL NOT ALLOW THIS! Here is an offer made by their leader: ” we will not leave canada till you give us an offer of interest.”. Well I have a deal for you. “Pull out of Canada or it will be war. We don’t need to offer you anything. You are basically expanding your country to limits farther than you can defend, and stealing land from other armies worthy of defending their rightful area. At this rate, the chances of getting into the ANTA are very low.”

Prepare for a long (But informative) post.

Change of Policy

     A bunch of people have been talking about how “everyone hates the ACP”, and stuff like that. These people are wrong.

     The main reason it appears that way is because on most Search Engines (Google, Yahoo, etc.) the ACP site comes up first when searching “Club Penguin Army”. Therefor, almost everyone interested in CP armies knows about us, including random rebels. These rebels fight us because they are un-informed about us, and think we are evil. There is nothing I can do about this, other than continuing to say we aren’tevil.

     But another reason people think the ACP is hated is because the way I treat soldiers and allies. Many soldiers have suggestions (Which i read and take into consideration). But I usually don’t respond, so it looks like I don’t even care (Even though I do). Many armies don’t like it when I “boss them around”. In reality though, I just want it to be fair for everyone, but sometimes it comes out the wrong way, so people say I boss them around. But, as usual, I have a solution.

     I am changing my policy. I will try to respond to as many questions and ideas as possible, and I will be involved more with the soldiers of the ACP. For other armies, I will stop “bossing them around”, and try tp negotiate, and solve the problems in a way that is beneficial to everyone. Also, so it doesn’t look like I am the boss of everyone, I will be making the ANTA.

A.N.T.A.

ANTA stands for the Army and Nation Treaty Alliance. Yes, I know I made the Army Council a while back. But that was unorganised, so therefore it was ineffective, and it collapsed. The ANTA should be full-proof, and will stop most big wars between allies. Here is how it will work:

• We will all ally together.This means we will get as many “good” armies and nations to join as possible. No one will be allowed to make an army or Nation just to be in the ANTA.
• The ANTA will have a website and a chat box. All of our information and meetings will be held there.
• If any ANTA armies or nations are doing anything bad, they will be kicked out or dealt with. We will all have a meeting to decide what we should do.

Wars:

And ANTA army is at war.If this happens, all of the ANTA will have a meeting to decide if we should help the ANTA army or not. If we do choose to help, all of the ANTA armies will fight the outside army. If any specific army in the ANTA doesn’t want to fight, they don’t have to. But the war will still be considered an “ANTA war”. If we choose not to help, no one has to fight the outside army, but anyone who wants to can. This will not be considered an “ANTA war”.

Two ANTA armies are at war.If this happens, all of the ANTA will have a meeting to decide what to do. We will decide who to help and who to remove from the ANTA. Most likely though, we will be able to solve the problem without any war.

This way, not ANTA armies or nations won’t get mad at eachother, and we won’t have any problems with out alliances.

Territories:

• Only ANTA armies/nations can own any land. This will ensure that the area is controlled well, and there will be minimum difficulty and maximum fairness.
• Each army can only control a certain amount of land. This way no one will get greedy, no one will get jealous, and all of the land will be properly defended. The maximum amount of land will be one region and a colony in each foreign region (Only one colony for all of the U.S. regions). Any colonies will be mainly controlled by the army that owns that region though.
• An army in the ANTA (That has territory) is removed from the ANTA.In this situation, the army’s land will be taken away and given to responsible ANTA armies.

With the opening of the new Theater, there will be costumes for every new show coming out. Sooner or later there will be one involving soldiers. So, in advance, we the ACP call dibs on the soldier uniform for our official uniform. If there are two, the one we don’t choose is up for grabs. E-mail CP  and ask for them to add the soldier costume to one of the Theater’s plays (It will happen, but this will speed-up the process).Add that we don’t want to add a gun, because that isn’t child-appropriate.

New Armies

There are many new armies out there using the costumes from the Theater. This is bad news for us, because they could get strong, even if they do fade away in a month. Keep fighting on Club Penguin, in the ACP uniform, and we shall prevail!

Sorry for the forums taking so long. They will be up by tonight, so be ready! Remember to keep e-mailing me with squad suggestions. Whoever send the best ideas for a squad, combined with their leadership skills, will get to make a squad of their own.

Nice title, eh? Anyway, Watex has challenged the ACP to a “fun” war, I guess it could be called a training battle. Anyway, I know for a fact he has a big army, but let’s show him what we’re made of!

Hey, I just noticed; We have over 300,000 hits. Great job people! I would like Tom Yellow to organize a party, he should be good at it by now.

WWIV

Not going to happen any time soon. No big armies are fighting anyone, and the AACP is too weak to pose any sort of threat. The only thing that could possible start a CP World War is if Watex and his army did, but that’s not likely to happen, since I asked to ally with them. Prepare for a time of peace and prosperity (With the occasional invasion). Remember, we are still in the Reconstruction Era.

Squads

The squad forums are working pretty well, and will be up tomorrow or the next day. You will be able to join a squad or form your own. Anyone who wants to make a squad e-mail me and ask, include your tactics, uniform, and name suggestion. The best idea for a squad will be put on the forum for people to join, so they can choose between the Green Berets and another group. If you want to make a squad e-mail me at __________

Looks like I’m back a bit earlier than expected. So, lets get on with it people!

1. Squads

I will be finished with the organization of these squads within the next few days. So far, the first squad opening will be the Green Berets, with myself as the leader. No one can even ask to make a different squad until we have at least 5 members in the Green Berets. So far, I am the only one. Once, we have all of this organized, you can e-mail me and ask to make a squad, at __________. You may not ask until I have the squad forums set up, and I officially announce the squads to be open for business. When you ask to make a squad, you must include:

• Squad name idea. I will probably change it, but I always like some input from fellow soldiers.
• Uniform.The only difference in these uniforms from regular ACP uniforms will be the pin, background, and skin color.
• Tactics. You may not copy the tactics from any other squads unless you are willing to let your squad be name Second *Squad name* or something like that.

The squads thing will be taken care of within this week.

2. Nacho Conquest

Recently the Nachos claim to have taken over all of Canada, and they are planning to take over the U.K. also. This has got to stop. It is unethical and completely unfair. I am calling on the Nachos to give Canada back to it’s people until another big army worthy of defending it comes around. Afterall, the Nachos already control USA South. Luckily, I have a solution to this problem, and its called the ANTA.

This conquest issue will be dealt with withing the week.

3. A.N.T.A.

ANTA stands for Army and Nation Treaty Alliance. Yes, I know I already made the Army Council, but that died out due to lack of organization. This is more thought-out. Each army can only have as many representatives as it’s size (For example: ACP and RPF have 5, Golds have 2 or 3, etc.) Here is how it would work.

Wars:

• We ally with as many good armies as possible, and bring them into the ANTA.

• We all agree to not attack each other, and remain allies.

• If an outside army attacks one of us, we all attack them.

• If an outside army attacks only one army, or one of our armies attacks someone, we have a vote to see who to side with. If we side with the ANTA army, we all go against the outside army. If we don’t side with the ANTA army, we let that army fight, and anyone else who wants to can help. Than way, we wouldn’t get mad at each other.

• If two ANTA armies fight, we decide if e should kick one out, kick them both out, or settle the argument.

Territory:

• Each Nation/Army can’t control anything larger than a region, other than one colony in each unoccupied region incase of war there.

• To control a region, the Army/Nation must have the permission by most of the ANTA.

• If an army doesn’t appear to be doing their job of protecting their territory well, they can be removed or dealt with, as long as the ANTA votes on it.

That is only a portion of what will be happening withing the ANTA. We will have meetings at a secret chat, if necessary.

The ANTA will be set up next week.

4. Penguin Ancestry

I was bored one day, and though “What would happen if our penguins had ancestors?”. Well, I think I have come pretty close to making that a reality. I would match your Club Penguin name with all of the Beta Testers, Mods, and “Special” penguins. I do this by taking the number of letters, numbers, spaces, and more, and compare them with the earlier penguins. The results are very promising. it turns out I am most like Rockhopper; We both have 10 letters, no numbers, and three consonants. So, if you e-mail me with your penguin name, I might be able to match you up with someone in a few days.

There is a new pin in the dance lounge. It is an UFO!. The weird thing of this pin is that it moves from left to right. I believe that there is aliens coming to Club Penguin.
