EDIT: You can’t just make an army to be on the Council, it ruins the point, and we won’t let you in. It needs to be a REAL army, that is actaully big.
I am setting up an Army Council, including the Big Six:
-ACP
-UMA
-RPF
-Nachos
-GPR
-Golds
-And any other of our allies or our allies’ allies.

I am declaired that we are all allies, the way I look at it. If you disagree, post a comment. But this will only work if we are allies. Here is how it will work: We will be like the United Nations, because we are all basically different nations. Every so often we will organize a time, on a secret chat room, for all of us to discuss what we will do to help Club Penguin and (In times of war,) discuss battle plans. I hope this helps unite our armies and advance our involvement in the betterment of penguin-kind.

I’ve been on CP since it came out and can make websites easy.
I can make it a good website that anyone can visit but filter out bad words. I’m very trustworthy and have lots of friends. I would make a good website host.

Just listen to what I’m saying because I already have a blog set up which you can co-host with me. It’s exactly the same stuff in your page only in an entire blogs worth. I already have a chat box and I have tons of pages already made. You can help me because you made the Army Council up. Besides, an Army Council will do 100 times better at a seperate blog.

ogalathorp will you accept my request as your personal body guard? i can protect you on chat rooms ( they might shoot you, Ex: #machinegun #m16 etc. ) and i can sometimes protect you on cp( only sometimes because now im a nonmember and i have to keep refreshing the page to get in mammoth or any other popular server 🙁 )
