Well, I said I would post this. Here’s what I’m going to talk about:

1. Alliances with other armies.
2. Uniform rules.

1. Alliances
To gain more power for the ACP and other “good” armies, I will be offering several alliances. Now these aren’t just any alliances, they will be very strong. For example, here are some rules for other armies being our allies:
-Must have this site in their blogroll.
-Must wear a green shirt for their army’s uniform (I will go into this later).
-Must advertise ACP and it’s alliance on their site.
And if they all agree to this and maybe a few more things, the ACP will pay them back with similar tasks.
So if you want to be an ally, you can ask here. If you have any objections to these rules (which I will make a formal copy for you), you may discuss them here.

2. Uniform Rules
I know it’s fun to try on new Club Penguin clothes, but here are some uniform rules and tips:
-The Green Hawaiian Shirt counts as a green shirt; you may wear it.
-The Scuba Tank (the green ones) count as a Backpack or Messenger Bag; you may wear them.
-Always be in ACP uniform, this is a suggestion. You are more likely to be respected as an ACP soldier if you do, and there’s another thing. If you are my buddy, when I clear my buddy list, I only keep ACP soldiers. I may take you off if you aren’t in ACP uniform, to make room for more dedicated soldiers.

Mpenguin: Well to have this being one, big fighting force, we must have similar uniforms, otherwise we will just fall apart with no order.
And who said I was going to ask the UMA to be our ally? They have spammed and flamed way to much here. Plus I asked Pink for an alliance once, but he said no.

Log, your rank in the ACP was colonal, which is higher than major. And you can be in the ACP and other armies, you don’t have to be in just one.
oagal can i be a higher rank because I always say ACP and tell people that ACP is the best and I always stay in uniform!!

hey oagal you want some coatume ideas
here are some of my personal favorites that i made for the romans but you can base your costumes on them if you want…
the sniper troop: sport life jacket ,any type of boots or sneakers,backpack, acoustic guitar( for sniper rifle ) , roman helmet and any kind color and the only thing different on the comander is the cape and the wetsuit
the marine: suede jackets, electric quitar, back pack, any eye gear and any color and the comandos just have a blue cape and comander have a red cape and wet suit
the romans with jet packs: scuba tank(for jet pack ) roman helmet( duh ) any type of quitar and the wetsuit or the sport life jacket and the only things different from the trooper to the comander is that the comander has a tuba (for basuca) with any kind of quiter with any foot wear and color( and hopefully if you have ski goggles u can put them on
and form an allince with the viking and romans oagal

I found a cool new glitch. It goes along with the robot dance.
1. put on the life gaurd shirt.
2. put on the hula skirt and the hula necklace but dont close the window.
3. press D or dance .
The shirt will come off.
