As you may have already known, some of ACPTR’s staff members quit, some have become inactive and also fired. We have found us a replacement for one of ACPTR’s first UK Teachers, now we must find another replacement for our other one. So, Slime and Japan decided to get ACPTR a couple of more staff around ACPTR. Here are the available jobs:

Hello ACP!

Be you the common member or the high and mighty moderator you all have something in common. In my four years in ACP I’ve seen what all of you have the potential to do. I miss seeing ACP in the spotlight, at it’s perch on top, and all that good feeling you got from being part of it. I know a lot of you that are new don’t know what I’m talking about because come to think of it ACP hasn’t been on top for a year or so now.

You all have the power to put this legendary army back on top and thats what I’m going to ask you to do today. The first step is recruiting. It’s not fun, and it seems like work most of the time but just like our allies the RPF showed us it works. They were down in the middle of nowhere in armies and just like that they soared to the top. A legendary status is waiting for you if you can get this army back on top.

I’m sure you’ve met a few old ACP vets and they’ll speak of how they were there when Boomer brought ACP back up or when Oagalthorp established ACP as a world power for the first time don’t you want to be like them? ACP can be pulled out of this so fast you couldn’t believe it but it all starts with you.

Start recruiting double, triple, quadruple time all of you! Theres 25 – 30 of us in ACP if we all recruited 10 people into ACP everyday, even if only two of them stayed active and only one of them stayed for more than a month in a few months ACP would be so big you wouldn’t believe that just before it was hanging for life.

Listen to your leaders and put your trust and your faith into them. Put your trust in me and realize that what I’m saying is true. Lets do this together. I guarantee if you’re one of those people who listens to my advice, stays dedicated to ACP, and helps bring it out of this depression you could very well someday become an ACP legend and tell all the aspiring recruits in ACP about how you had a part in ACP’s revival. 

SO LETS GET TO IT! WE’RE ACP STRONG.

Hello there, soldiers!

I’m very happy to make this post, as it is the first one written by me for you and published on this site. As you guys probably know, I am now third in command of the ACP, so I am going to let you troops know some information about me.

Personally, I think I’m a pretty chill person that won’t start raging randomly if somebody cusses me, I get offended easily when somebody insults my friends or stuff like ACP, and I think this is enough about me as most of you already know me well and are friends with me.

Now, about my career.. Well, I’ve got a really successful one, but I’m gonna try keeping this part short and just mention my biggest achievements. Well, I led GT to first along with Jerry in 2011, when ACP was really big, I ended up leaving it after a few days it got first, and sadly, that’s what caused the flame war between these 2 armies as nobody could control our alliance with me and Jerry gone. [poor leadership after we left, causing it to die]. I’ve been owner rank in probably another 20 top 10 armies, I’m not even gonna bother listing them, but I’m sure I’ve been a really good owner in all of them.

I’ve probably been in xat for more than 4 years, around 5 really. My first army was ACP(as long as ninja rogues on CP don’t count), and I also plan on making it my last army.

As Capn said, you guys probably know I’m very devoted to this army and will do anything I can to make it rise, I’ve already been assigned my tasks and will work on completing them. Oh, and since we’re talking about that now, anybody who thinks that’s very loyal and devoted to this army, is needed to report to me ASAP.

I am currently working on a custom ACP ID card, and I’m going to bring a more sophisticated system of graphics for ACP, by this I mean that every troop that wishes to have an ACP Icon(can be custom)will just have to PC me, of course this is free.

I also want to improve the communication between the ownership and lower ranks, Capn already detected this problem and took action about it, but really, if anything ever happens bad to you(somebody abuses you, threatens you to dox you or anything) take pictures of it and PC me and I will take action immeaditley.

I was also asked by Capncook to do an official count of the votes, here are the results:

Change: 16 votes

Now that I remembered, it is worth mentioning that my edits will be this color.

At the moment, I’m in a very nice vacation in a really beautiful place, so I might not show my full potential, however I’ll still be really active.

Hello.

I will be on September 13th at 6 – 8pm for the LoK premiere.

You all know me as Slider568, a best friend, a friend, an old retiree, an enemy, or a hated douchebag. This my friends is my response to Capn’s post. I’m going to assume you all think I’m a heartless monster and I spend my free time terrorizing children with no self esteem after reading that post and Tori’s response and a few of the comments but I’m not and I suppose some of you will trust me, some of you already knew that and others will keep their opinions of me forever.

I’m not going to say I’m innocent, framed, and I’m certainly not a white knight in all of this but I don’t support bullying. I was a social outcast in middle school and bullied every day for three years and it was bad too. I skipped school (after begging my parents to agree) because I just needed a break and I look back on those years with shame and grief.

Not because of anything personal, and no I am perfectly normal but I went through an awkward stage. Everyone does at one point. Since then I’ve become much more popular, started caring about my appearance more, matured, and yes began following trends (it does in fact help you fit in) But what happened on ACP chat last night was not my best moment and certainly proved I’m not as mature as I thought I was.

To Snaily I apologize, I shouldn’t have taken what I did that far but don’t let RPF be mad at ACP for my actions. After a long time of consideration I’ve come to the conclusion that many of you don’t like me like you used to and I’m not welcomes here anymore and thats why I’ll me taking my leave. As of August 26th I won’t be coming on chat anymore except for a few visits.

I’m still going to be an ACP advisor and contact Capncook with my opinions on ACP chat or via email. But I also have opinions on this zero tolerance bullying policy ACP has taken up. I think it’s good that ACP is working on stopping bullying on ACP chat because cyber bullying affects everyone a different way, some people ignore it, some people can’t care less, but some people it’s too much to handle maybe because they’re going through a tough time or maybe it’s because they get bullied in real life. To CPAC: I’m still going to be judging tournaments with you. 😉

But zero tolerance makes things that normally wouldn’t be bullying bullying and it kinda ruins the joking around we used to do. So my advice is think “is this really bullying” because not a lot of people on ACP chat are known for not being serious. I’m not condoning bullying but I’m just saying don’t take everything seriously.

To anyone else I may have offended I’m sorry and I understand when you don’t forgive me. I’m truly ashamed after everyone reacted as they did and I don’t blame you if you hate me. Every now and then I seem to take things too far and this is one of the times were I’ve hurt and offended someone that I really shouldn’t have. Any hateful comments on this post I do deserve and I’m not going to be angry if you’re angry with me. You have every right to be.

For what it’s worth, I’m sorry.

Hello ACP,

You wouldn’t believe how infuriated I am at the amount of bullying I witness on the ACP chat. This immaturity has caused us to lose so many new recruits and potential leaders. It has caused us to lose once great friends and now bitter enemies. Do you think it’s fun for some people to cry because of an online game that they have put so much time and effort into is now treating them like complete garbage? I sure don’t and I’m sure the people being bullied don’t appreciate it either. The worst part is the owners are just as guilty as the moderators and members.

THE SAME OWNERS that are supposed to be role models, the ideal soldiers and most well behaved personalities on chat are now causing people to feel seriously in trouble. This is a game for crying out loud, not a pre-school. Owners, you need to get a grip because if any one of you are caught bullying again, you will lose your ownership for a week. Mods, if you are caught bullying, you will lose your modship for a week. Members, if you are caught bullying, you will be banned for 24 hours. Do I make myself clear?

Cas, Light, retirees like Slider, you are certainly not exempt from this. I am embarrassed that I even have to say your names in such a post to convey this point.

I sincerely apologize to those who now see the ACP chat as a hostile environment and are afraid to come here as a result of bullying. I promise you however that you will not have to deal with this any longer because Tori and I and so many others have simply had it with this horrible behavior. I hope one day you can learn to trust the ACP chat again, and I hope more people are turned on to coming on to have friendly conversation like the old days.

Tori: I completely agree with Capn here. Although, I’d like to add a few things to show you how bullying can affect people, and say a few things about this topic. It wasn’t easy to witness a victim of bullying being brought to their breaking point. That victim was my brother. Long story, short – My brother was bullied to the point where he came home crying, and saying that he wanted to end his life. Not long after that, he said some things at school and ended up not being able to go home that day.

I waited for a few hours in the school office, only to find out that my brother was going to be sent to a mental hospital. He stayed there for a week. This isn’t because he is “crazy, has mental issues” or whatever. This was because he was bullied to the point where he has had enough, and wanted to end his life. This just shows how words can affect people. The saying, “sticks and stones will break my bones, but words will never hurt me,” is completely false. Words do hurt. I mean, you must have such a perfect life, if you think you can pick on someone who doesn’t have one. Honestly, this generation is what makes me sick.

Put yourself in other’s shoes to get a better understanding of what their life is like, before you decide to pick on them. I bet you probably wouldn’t even last a day in their shoes. Yeah, sure. You may feel so confident and tough when you’re behind a screen, and miles away from the person; but how would it feel if you were the reason someone killed themselves? How would you feel if you were the reason someone cries themselves to sleep every night? Think about it.

 Hello ACP! Today we had a recruiting session on Snow Day, we maxed about 20 and averaged 15-16, and we had INCREDIBLE tactics. Today was my time to shine I led the whole event I am so proud. Rather than telling the rogues on CP to go visit us on chat or to join us, we focused on showing the rogues what we are all about like we use the clover emote for our main emote and we are green so click “Read More” for pictures from me & Tori.

Hello ACP,

                    As scheduled, we logged into Avalanche for a recruiting. We maxed around 20 there so good job. Then Elmikey gave me a call and asked for us to go to Mammoth for his restoration project, a fun little practice battle. I shouldn’t say little actually, it was HUGE AND IT WAS AWESOME! So thanks RPF for the fun time, let’s get more people in on this next time then it’ll be even better. As for the ACP, I only took three pictures because we didn’t need to have that many, we didn’t do any tactics during the RPF battle. Good job to those who came, I don’t appreciate the laziness of those that skipped out on the event. Don’t complain about the army’s size when you yourself are the problem.
