Before I begin, regarding the leadership; Flipmoo is now the ACP Leader. Jerry and Sercan are now temporary leaders until Flipmoo arrives to America in December. Once Flipmoo leaves America and comes back to Japan, the ACP will, for it’s first time, have a trio leadership within the ACP. If you have any objections or opinions, please comment them below and we will be pleased to answer them.
The NDA is hereby disbanded.
As of around 10:30 PM EST, a representative from each army in the NDA, Flipmoo, Elmikey, and Bam117, met up to discuss the disbanding of the New Dawn Alliance. It only took a minute or two for us to make a decision.
The alliance was originally intended to create a fun environment for the community, to have fun events without having the restrictions of the media and the worries of cyber-bullying. Our purpose at first, was justified, but as time went by we started to realize that we were becoming something we were originally against. RPF and DCP will still be ACP’s allies, and we we aid them whenever they request it as long as it is not in violation of any sort of treaty.
Rewriting the Nachos Treaty
The original treaty ordered the removal of Mikester from the Nachos leadership, and the full renunciation of Nacho servers. I found this treaty to be in transgression, therefore I have rewritten the treaty as stated below. I would like for the Nacho Leaders to comment on this post if they are willing to accept it. You may e-mail Flipmoo for further negotiations.
Treaty of Fjord Treaty of White House:
- The Nachos hereby officially surrender to the Army of Club Penguin on the 3rd of November, 2013.
- ACP returns all servers conquered to the Nachos, with the exception of Snow Fort, Snow Globe, Brumby,
Cloudy and White House. - Nachos return all servers they claim to ‘own’ back to the ACP.
Mikester(or any other username he has) may not be Nacho Leader until the ACP think he is fit to lead Nachos.(Doing so will result in Nachos losing their entire nation to the ACP) This term has been revoked.- Nachos cannot step foot on a ACP server(without consent). Doing so will result in a Nacho server transferred to the ACP for each time this term is violated.
- The Nachos cannot declare war until April 1st, 2014. Any battles (excluding tournaments) against the ACP before this date will be completely invalid.
Nachos must make a post on their website confessing their lies and false reasonings for war, and state that they lost the war. The army must know. This term has been revoked.The Leader of the Army of Club Penguin will become a moderator on Nachos chat until April 1st 2014. I’ll leave it to the Nacho Leader’s decision.
We are sorry our past mistakes, and will vow that this will never happen ever again. We return Cloudy to the Nachos nation as an apology towards the Nacho army.
SWAT vs ACP War is Over
Moments after the coup, Spi101 contacted Flipmoo and signed a treaty. This treaty was very simple. SWAT have officially surrendered to the ACP, and all servers have been returned to it’s rightful owners. There is also a peace treaty until March 22nd, 2014, and any violation would result in the full nullification of any battles or invasions.
SWAT accepts the Peace Treaty.
