Crisis Averted, I’m glad there are still some sensible people left…

The Nachos recently planned an invasion of Tundra, a server owned by 3 (count it) 3 of our allies.  Even more significant, it is a capital for them.  I, nor many other armies, including WW, RPF, and BB, will stand to see them invade a historic server for these three armies.  I’m sorry, but this is just ridiculous.  You spent the past week arguing about how you were fighting to eliminate “corrupt” armies like the Golds, then this whole hacking discover comes into light, and now you go and do this.  With the permission of our leaders, I request that ACP defend Tundra with our allies from the empire that used to be the Nachos.  You’ve pissed off a fair amount of people over the past few days, but nothing can compare to what you just did…

Now that I am retired, you are probably interested in what I have been doing.  I started something called The Club Penguin Army Council.

The Club Penguin Army Council is a group that was created with the goal of restoring Club Penguin armies to the way they used to be.  So far, leaders from Club Penguin’s 10 largest armies have joined.

Our first idea for how to improve Club Penguin armies was for a bill called the Small Army Bill.  This bill would require all armies to own at least 2 servers (as voted on by the Council) before they are permitted to invade another army’s server or declare war.  If they should do so, their invasion will be discredited by all armies.  These armies may still, however, invade unoccupied servers.  The ultimate goal of this bill was to encourage small armies to claim servers so that should they choose to go to war, the defending army now has the option to invade the small army’s servers rather than fight a bunch of pointless battles on their own servers.  This bill should create more opportunities for true war, rather than meaningless conflicts.  By forcing small armies to own servers, both sides can now invade, make alliances, etc.  This bill will help armies dealing with anything from a n00b army occupying their server, a rebel group, and obviously a small army without servers.  Below is the official bill, which can be viewed in its original form HERE.

Clause 1

Once in effect, this bill shall prevent all armies, agencies, and any other militant groups, from invading or declaring war on another army or militant group, unless the invading army owns at least two servers of their own.  If such a group does invade or declare war on another army or militant group, their action shall be discredited by the armies represented in The Club Penguin Army Council and their fellow armies alike.  Any army or militant group owning at least two servers is exempt from this restriction and may invade wherever they choose.

Clause 2

If an army or militant group owning at least two servers has all of their servers legitimately conquered by the opposing army or militant group, they must either surrender to the opposing army or militant group, or they shall be required to either re-invade one of their servers which was taken from them, or to claim an unoccupied server through a legitimate invasion, in order for the war to continue.

Clause 3

Any army or militant group which does not own any servers is free to invade a server for their own nation, provided that the server is not already owned by another army or militant group (see Clause 1), and that the army or militant group carries out a legitimate invasion (see Clause 4).

Clause 4

Legitimate invasions shall be defined as: an invasion of an occupied server, provided that the invading army already has servers of their own (see Clause 1), and the information about the invasion is posted publicly on the army or militant group’s blog 24 hours prior to the invasion; or an invasion of an unoccupied server, provided that the information about the invasion is posted publicly on the army of miltant group’s blog 24 hours prior to the invasion.

It seems the Nachos prefer to go on with their attack against the Golds. However, the ACP will not. This is Golds and RFW’s war, if the Nachos want to continue, go ahead.

The Army of Club Penguin is no longer in this war we are neutral for both sides.

I know a lot of our troops wanted war, but most of them didn’t want this war either. We have quite a few ACP members in the Nachos and quite frankly, some ACP soldiers just plain don’t like the Golds. The Golds need to learn to fight for themselves, not always depending on us. I’m always hearing people saying, “I heard on the Golds chat that they said ‘leave it for the ACP to finish'” and that’s the main reason some troops do not like the Golds. Yes the Golds have been very good allies to us in the Nacho ACP war but they need to branch out.

I wish them good luck in this battle. I also wish them good luck on getting rid of corrupt leaders. Yesterday Dreamguitar and Feephill retired, I think this is a great gain, but yet great loss, to the Golds. Gain because their dictator Dreamguitar is gone, but a loss because their best leader, Feephill, is gone. I hope they don’t go into a stale state. I’m sorry we couldn’t help you through the rest of the war, but this isn’t our battle.

One last thing, some people don’t want to become allies with the Nachos. They say, “They don’t do anything to help us!” etc. How do we expect the Nachos to help us in a time of war, when we don’t help them.

To Nachos: the ACP will try their best to help you in a time of need if we think your side is the correct way to go.

Check the first post tomorrow at the top if you cannot get  on ACP Chat, that will have our current position in CP. Make sure you get on Breeze EARLY because it will fill up FAST.

Boomer’s Edit: I believe Saint made the right call in this situation.  The thing that Person didn’t seem to get that even Feephill and Pringle agreed on, was that this war is not helping either the Golds or RFW.  The reason wars worked way back when is because all of the major armies used to be the same size.  You could go to a battle and see about 15-20 soldiers from ACP, RPF, UMA, and the Nachos at any one time.  All this war is doing is smothering two of the last few truly “major” armies.  The longer ACP and the Nachos are in this war, the harder we make it for them.  By staying in the war, both the Nachos and ACP have basically taken all the attention (and recruits) away from the Golds and RFW.  The longer it takes us to realize that, the more damage Club Penguin armies will endure.  ACP and the Nachos will continue to grow as the rest of the armies continue to shrink.  Unless we keep the interest of other armies in mind, the situation of Club Penguin armies will continue to deteriorate.  The Nachos may not care about anything beyond themselves, but ACP has the interest of all Club Penguin armies in mind.  That being said, we have withdrawn from this war.

Shab: Person said nachos entered war because of Dream of Feep’s comments about nachos. Dream and Feep have both retired today so there is really no reason to continue this war.

Saint: This has gotten too far. Yesterday I was trying to talk to Person, Nacho Leader, about this but I’ll go ahead and just post it.

This war has turned from Golds vs IW, RFW vs Golds, to ACP vs Nachos. This is not supposed to happen. The ACP was not made to fight others’ battles.

Let me start off with today’s battle. I’m going to be totally honest, the Nachos seriously outnumbered us by far. Though their only problem is, invasions aren’t over in 1 hour if the defenders are still there. If you kept going im sure you would have won, but this was a major flaw. That’s like saying: “Today I went into Poland with my 40,000 llamas, sat down, and said ‘Mine’ so now i own Poland.”

I really thought the Nachos knew this, because we went over this in the ACP Nacho war not too long ago. Invasions are lasted until the last troop is gone, and to ACP it was us because you left the server because you had fought an hour. Like I said before the Nachos were owning us.

Today I barely saw Golds OR RFW fighting. It was mainly Nachos and ACP troops.

So, THE ARMY OF CLUB PENGUIN WILL DROP OUT OF THIS WAR IF THE NACHO ARMY OF CLUB PENGUIN DOES ALSO.

Boomer’s Edit: ACP will back out if the Nachos back out, and to make sure that this happens, we will be negotiating with the Golds to not invade your servers anymore (which is my impression of why you are in this war to begin with).  If the Golds promise to do this, hopefully we can both bow out.

Stev’s Edit: I believe we should back out of this war. I say this because it seems that whenever we try to help an ally, the same thing happens. It is no longer the ally’s war, it’s us against the enemy’s ally. This also brings us a lot of controversy between other major armies. I believe that we should still help out our allies, but in situations when there is practically no way out. If you’ve noticed, practically every time the ACP gets involved, the Nachos get involved. When the Nachos get involved, ACP gets involved. I think that  major armies should back off a little between fights that were started by 2 armies. They have their reasons and they chose to fight the other army. I have said it once, I will say it again. This is not OUR war, we have been DEFENDING our ally the Golds.

This war has turned into ACP vs Nachos all over again, and I don’t want that! We were just beginning to be allies again and then we have different allies in this war that we don’t even need to be in. I can totally see why the Nachos are on RFW’s side, but neither side is the best to side with. So I hope the Nacho Leaders can discuss this and get back to me soon.

The Title says it all ladies and gentlemen. Consider this the beginning of a new era. Every week, we will be practicing 3 things. Drills, Shape Formations, and recruiting. Now, don’t worry, this will all be put in to 1 hour, 3 times a week. This will be good especially now that we are helping the Golds in the war. This will help us to be faster in listening and acting. As well as speaking. It will also help us in times when we are just caught by surprise. Now the 3 times a week will be cut down to 2 times for this week only. Here is the Schedule!:

Saint: *NOTE* We ARE NOT attacking any armies, we are helping the golds DEFEND. So don’t go around attacking Nacho, RFW, or IW servers. Make sure you patrol ACP servers constantly, especially Breeze and Snow Fort.

Shab: Saint you never put the server RFW are invading on there.

And as a response to aka’s comment, Nachos have entered the war before Acp and they have no involvement in this war either so you can’t say that Acp has no right to enter this war. Rfw has no valid reason to even declare war. Golds and IW should just have 3 battles to see who gets ranked 4th largest army instead of making it a world war.

PS: Acp can be in Rocky Road and shouldn’t be attacked by anyone for being on it because we won part of it in the war against RFW.

Saint: I was talking to some other leaders before i choose to side with Golds and we talked about how the Nachos and other armies say the ACP get involved in other armies business. Well obviously Nachos are getting involved in other armies business so you really can’t say we are without being hypocrites.

Flappy2558: The FIRST ACP Podcast has been submitted to iTunes for approval and in about 2 days will be out and ready to download 😀

I asked the Co-Leaders, Dryvit and Seanehawk, if they could each make their own lists of servers they wanted. They e-mailed me those lists and this is the final list of servers that we are keeping:

• Breeze
• Snow Fort
• Snow Day
• Snow Globe
• Ice Breaker
• Icicle
• Ice Berg
• Klondike
• Part of Rocky Road

Here are the servers we are pitching:

• Ice Cold
• Ice Cube
• Iceland
• Marshmallow
• Snow Cone

The reason we did a server reduction was that we didn’t need 13 servers! 13 servers is a little too much to keep track of, this way it will be easier to patrol and hold all 8 of our servers.

We will be having new divisons. They will be Alpha Divison, Delta Division, and Echo Division. They will have about 2 Generals each. They also will each have 2 servers of their own to patrol and both divisions will patrol Breeze and Snow Fort, our capitals. And yes, that does mean that a couple new Generals will be promoted next month :O .

The RFW has declared war on the Golds, one of our closest allies. The RFW’s reasons were very confusing to me, it seems as if they were jealous.

” So about the war on Golds. Golds think they can make like the 3rd comeback of the CP Army World? They are probably the most hated army, with like 10 active troops. They have EASY recruiting, the name “Golds” is so more “easy-sounding” than “Roman Fire Warriors”. Most people refer to us as “Red Warriors” or “Reds”, or even “Hikers”. All the armies have it easy but us. Not that I’m complaining a lot. So anyway, the Golds invaded one of our greatest allies; the Ice Warriors, but failed. Now they are being low and making up excuses. The Golds delete a noble army’s site to weaken it, but they still get owned by that army. The Golds are, in simple terms, corrupted, low, evil, and crooked. (In both terms)”

Personally, I don’t think they have looked in the mirror yet. I also hear that the Nachos are helping RFW because they think the Golds own a server they want. Feephill says they don’t own that server, but that’s not our problem.

IW seems to be the only army with a legitimate reason to go to war with Golds:

As many of you know, last night, we defended ourselves against the menace of the Golds. They wanted our 4th Largest Army Spot, and we proved to them we lived up to that name. But still, the Golds have claimed they are victorious. This post will go into so much detail about the flaws of saying “Golds won”, the Golds would never dare to even open their mouths again on this topic…

…And now, for my final paragraph. Today, the Golds and ST attacked Sub Zero. THIS IS AN ACT OF WAR. Golds, we are ready to kick your a** any day. Because the war is over, invading Sub Zero to “practice”, is no longer practice. The war has been won by us, and we will not tolerate an invasion of our prized server. The next time you invade anyUSIW server, I will personally get every noob army there is, plus all of our already allies, on your sorry a**. I don’t give a d**n if you apologize, because next time, I will make sure you have a problem. I hope Golds can learn to talk carefully, because if not, destruction will not avoid the them.

Besides IW, it seems as if these armies are just ganging up on the Golds. Earlier today I was in a meeting with the Golds leaders and I let Dream get to me. So I said ACP wasnt helping out the Golds, but I know that Feephill is the true Golds leader and it isnt fair to leave my decision on one corrupt leader.

So…

ACP WILL BE HELPING THE GOLDS AGAINST RFW, IW, AND THE NACHOS. *NOTE that the  ACP has nothing against these armies, we see it as unfair that the Golds are being ganged up on*

Now RFW is invading a Golds server.
