This list takes into account battle attendence, chat attendence, and site views/comments.  I hope for this to be used as motivation if you think I ranked you low, or as encouragement for working hard if you are listed towards the top.  I’m thinking about doing this every Monday and seeing how the different armies are doing.

The rating after the army shows how the army’s positioning has changed from the last one (May 20).  If I update these every week, we will get a better sense of how each army is doing.

Featured:

BP, otherwise known as the Black Panthers, has long been an under-recognized army.  They were listed recently on a Nacho list or two, but they are still growing.  Their chat regularly numbers over 10 soldiers and up to over 15 at times.  Their chat may be the 4th most active army chat.  They had a reported 26 soldiers at their last battle, however based on a few previous battles, between 10 and 15 on Club Penguin and over 15 on chat is a more accurate measurement of their size.  Keep an eye on this army as they attempt to work their way up the list.

How to Get Recognized:

• Make sure you get on Club Penguin frequently, and take a lot of pics
• Post the best ones on your site so people appreciate your size
• Get a Whos.Among.Us widget for your site so you and others can keep track of how many viewers your site gets at any one time, or over a period of time
• Make a habit of entering your army in tournaments or attending battles as an ally so other major armies get used to seeing you around Club Penguin

Hello, ACP, I am Bigpeng92 saying I am retiring. It has been a good 2 years with you guys but I gotta go life has choices so I don’t want to waste it. ACP has been a great experience and I joined as a sergeant. Ever since then I learned a lot and today I’m gonna retire as master general. I’m not gonna make this very long since I know it’s tiring reading. If ever there is a point where we are losing remember to listen to the leader and all that XD and I would like to thank my friends

Strategy

As you know, the Ice Warriors are hosting a massive 3-day-long battle against the Tacos. As you can see in the incredibly simplified battle map, we have a plan.

1. The Tacos are positioned in isolated areas: Their only possible location for for fluid movement is the Mountain.
2. The ACP will move through the Allied Snow Forts and cover the Town. From here, we can cut off Taco movement throughout half of the map. Plus its a great recruitment zone.

Town Strategy

Here is what would ideally happen:

1. ACP moves into Town
2. ACP recruits at the lower half of the map
3. Tacos move in
4. Tacos can’t attack from below, so move to the top
5. Tacos assume battle position
6. Since the ACP has better ground, we proceed with Emote Bombs and charges

An interactive feature that lets veryone be apart of the Army of Club Penguin Congress.

How does Debate of the Week work?

Two congressmen or women showcase their sides to an argument or debate.  After the soldiers read both of their sides they vote in a poll for the one they agree with.  The decision made in this poll will be taken into great consideration at the next ACP Congress meeting.

The Argument

When a congressmen or women retires, should Congress appoint their replacement or should there be an election?

Now, our two congressmen will present their sides to this argument below.

 There Should Be An Election When A Congressman/Women Retires (Edwadu’s Side)

An election would be the best because it would be fair.  Whoever ACP soldier who wants to become a congressman/woman would become one instead of congress picking who should be in.  The, theres no arguments.

Congress Should Appoint A New Congressman/Women When One Retires (Packer’s Side)

NOTE: Packer requested he could use an idea similar to this one but with a few variation, so expect to see these.

I think that if a senator retires that the replacement should be anointed. There could be two possible ways of this working. The first way would be if the runner up in that retired senator’s poll would be chosen to go after them. This would be probably the fairest way, yet it might take a while to look back to see who was in the poll. The other way is if Saint and/or all the leaders made an agreement on one exceptionally well soldier that could handle being a senator. That would be a way of probing yourself to the leaders. And if more than one leader is involved in that choosing, there won’t be favoritism. This is how I think a replacement should be chosen.

Mr. Deedledoos’s Side

NOTE: Dee wrote his side with the traditional idea in mind so his side will he presented too.  Packer and Dee’s side though will be counted as one side because it is the same general idea.

I believe we should just replace these people. Sometimes, it takes too long for elections and it’s there are times when we really need someone – but they haven’t been elected yet. I say that it could be optional. It depends on what you’re running for. If the predecessor wants someone to replace him, he can. Just as long as the successor is approved by the leaders and has the right standards. -Dee

Saint: The reason we are not participating in this battle is because I, nor our other leaders, could stand having any of the soldiers in the ACP ruined from “DOX’ing”.

When you get “DOX’ed” your whole life could be ruined. From not getting into colleges, to not being able to support yourself or a family. So we will go on with our ACP activities, and I will handle this problem BY MYSELF.

Hello fellow ACP soldiers and whoever else may be reading this, my day has come and i never thought it would happen, the reason i am retiring is for the sole reason is b/c what i saw pained me. when i was on acp chat the walrus wiki had come up, i had read it and it frightened me, not for my own safety but for the safety of the p[pl posted on that site, a page had come to my attention and i had read it, the page was called ruin life tactics and what i saw disturbed me, as it had very personal info and very detailed information on ways to ruin ppl’s life in REAL life. as i had addressed this problem on chat it seemed no one had cared, all they had cared about was what cp would say about the bots or the bots do this, wel this is real life and as i had risked my computer getting pics of this page i had realized no one cared exept a rare few. and for this sole reason i am retiring, call it what u want, call me retarded for retiring over this, call me a quitter, IDC b/c i believe   if i can help someone it is pay enough but alot of u dont feel that same way, now i am writing this in tears b/c i am actually writing this post and ik i will forget about 100 ppl who had helped me through my army career and i am very sorry but these are who i remember

Hello fellow ACP Soldiers. It is with great sadness that I declare a cease fire on the walruses. I am truly sorry. If I were leader I would continue the fight, but I am not and people are being hurt and their penguins are being banned. We will be staying out of this Bot War until further notice. I am truly sorry for those of you who wanted to fight. I am proud at each and everyone of you who have helped in the determination to destroy these bots. I came up with the idea yesterday for everyone to make an extra penguin account to use in combat so that way their original penguins would’nt be banned. The majority followed that rule, while others didn’t. I also wish to apologize to the Nachos, we have tried our best to be great allies and helping protect and defend our fellow allies. We are truly sorry. A lot of you saw my earlier post the other day about fighting them head on. That post is gone, but it is not my work. I will explain reasons later. For now we shall wait for Saint to return and we shall wait for her decision. Armies who wish to fight in this war to help end these fiends, please, be careful, use an extra penguin account, change your passwords, do not let anyone suspicious on your chat, be careful who you mod or talk to, be careful what words you say. Also, be careful on the battlefield, they can now teleport and send vulgar postcards. It truly saddens me how much things have changed and what they have led to, It truly this.

Oagal: I want as many soldiers as possible to report the Walruses to the FBI. When you report them (REPORT to FBI) make a reference to THIS (illegal hacking and harassment). And no, the FBI WON’T show up at your house and interrogate you. 🙄

The title is self explanatory. Because that was what today was. Hell. I had ordered a cease fire for today so we could go out to Snow Forts and have a party to remember and honor all of our great soldiers who had fought long and hard to make this army what it is today. Instead of that, after 8 hours of school and 1 hour to get home, I find myself in the middle of the gates of hell. I go to CP to check what all the commotion is about. What do I find? Chaos. Pure Chaos. Theres an old saying “Without Order Nothing Exists, Without Chaos Nothing Evolves” Well… something evolved alright. The bots evolved. Now instead of just being able to be together and say things at once, they can now use teleportation. Teleportation, for christs sakes. This Walrus guy is really just..wow. Today I received endless PC’s. But you know what those PC’s said? “STEV EVACUATE THE SOLDIERS NOW NOW NOW!!! WERE GOING TO LOSE JUST FACE IT HOLY GOD!!” No. I will never give up. Not once will I ever throw in the towel. You all showed what you have learned from my drill sessions. For that, I thank you. I told you all, when the unexpected were to arrive, they would come and handy and they did. Bots and Walrus. Bring it. We are not intimidated by thugs, loelives, stalkers, child molestors, etc. We are not afraid of you. Go ahead, hack us.
