Good afternoon ACP soldiers and all of you poor, underprivileged DW children, roaming the streets of Frosty, searching for food.

Toysoldier has declared war on ACP under the pretense that I am some awful dictator. Both Toysoldier and Freezie are leaders as of right now; in these past two weeks, they have broken alliances, declared war on two armies, and even ignored the army that they themselves made war on — a bit much, yes?

Any leader who would blindly declare war and break alliances is a fool. The fact is not that we are evil, or even that the Dark Warriors are evil — the fact is a glorified leader such as Toysoldier is not there as some perfect servant to armies and his troops. He, in the end, is there for fun — as we all are. Some of us, however, have different ways of going about our fun.

If you take a look at the Dark Warriors nation page, it can be seen that they claim 50+ Servers — I reiterate, 50+ Servers. To add to the absurdity of the amount, they claim other armies capitals(Ice Box, Fjord, Summit, etc). All of this might be acceptable in a vaguely justified sense, the only sense of justification DW can provide for anything, but the kicker is this:

When an army dies, an army loses all of its servers and any claims to them become illegitimate.

Without even saying, this makes this “Tank Era” of DW illegitimate. On that note,

ACP will be ignoring DW’s advances until they can legitimately prove that they own all of the servers on their nation page and until they can end/conclude their conflict with DCP.
