So the main thing in these battles is size .
As you can see above, ACP obviously have the size advantage. This is how you win battles usually. BU-UT if the sizes are even, it comes down to tactics. These days, armies are pretty much the same sizes nearly, such as IW and ACP. So it regularly comes down to tactics, not rare at all.
Above, is not a good example but, you can see that ACP has more than IW, however tactics were equal. Well there you have it.
Random Fact
Some dude from England said a sentence that contained the word “and” 5 times in a row and it made sense. Basically there was this new pub called “Horse and Hound” and he said, “The distance between Horse and and and and and Hound is now equal”
