Hello ACP Soldiers!
Jack here today with several important announcements. After long deliberation, we are finally ready to release our new system for the ACP Recruiting Force! This system being departments. These departments will be absolutely mandatory for all ACP Moderators and Owners. Members can omit questions involving the ACPRF. This post will also double as an active count. Make sure you comment by October 8th or you will lose your rank! Here is what you need to understand regarding your new requirements:
The Departments
There will now be 3 departments under the domain of the ACPRF. These departments will be Auto-typing, Chat recruiting, and Mass recruiting. All ACP Mods and Owners will be required to join these departments. We will hand pick members to join them as well. When you partake in the new system, Auto-typing is a required department. Chat recruiting and Mass recruiting will be your choice of a secondary department. However, Mass recruiting will be generally expected, at least occasionally of Auto-typers. Here are the descriptions of the departments:
- Auto typing: Auto typing will remain our fundamental recruiting method, but will not be our only method. You may already be in the ACPRF and know to auto type. Those who don’t will have it explained to them on entry. In short, auto typing is going onto CP and using a safe program to automatically chant recruiting phrases. There are guidelines you will learn for how much you must auto type. Recruiting is now going to be synonymous with being a moderator.
- Chat recruiting: Chat recruiting will be one of two optional fields to join when applying to the ACPRF. This method will be taught to you upon entry to the force. You will not chat recruit off of other armies chats. That is immoral. You will however, chat recruit off of tracker chats, and other non-xat chats. This is very good for social people.
- Mass recruiting: Mass recruiting is going onto CP with many auto typers in a room, thus garnering more recruits. Mass recruiting can be called to happen by an owner setting a designated time, or just unscheduled calling for it to happen. It can also be done by going and chat recruiting with a friend. Mass recruiting will be generally expected by all, but even more so if you choose this as your secondary department.
The system has more expectations as you go from the lowest mod rank to leader, be prepared. Those who recruit exceptionally and go above and beyond to rise ACP will be met with reward.
Misc. information will be issued to you upon entry to the ACPRF. This info may include the rankings of the departments, how our system will be laid out, etc. When you are added, look at top two posts, an ACPRF Active Count, and a post explaining departments. Read and comment on both.
Filling out the form to join the Departments will double as an active count. Here is the form:
1.) Name on the ranks
2.) Activity level (1-10)
3.) Choice of secondary department(chat recruiting or mass recruiting)*
*not required to be filled out by members
To be added to the ACPRF site, all owners and admins of the site will scramble to read your comments, and contact you when you are on chat. We at ACP want to keep your WP safe, so it will be discrete.
Who’s going to be directing each department? The VD’s of course! They’ll be scheduling chat rallies, mass recruiting and updating the ACPRF lines. We’ll have enforcers to maintain order of the departments and to make sure everything is in order.
