How do you start a post like this? Saying goodbye is never an easy matter. Personally, I’d like to start off a post like this by simply re-introducing myself.
The Beginning: ACP and HSA
Hello, my name is Albaro Lord. I created a CP account in late 2007. In late 2008, for the first time, I was introduced to CP Armies when I saw several ACP troops on Mammoth fighting off bandits. I then became a rouge ACP soldier. For quite some time I was a rouge. I went to many ACP events as a rouge all because I added a current ACP Colonel, Dan9765, as a friend. As 2008 progressed I finally decided to try and search “Army of Club Penguin” on Google and to my amazement I had found a website with million of views, an operating chat, a rank system, a government, and a set leader. The leader at this time was Saint. At this point I would go to events and go on chat and talk to people. I met the penguin who recruited me, Dan9765 on chat and we became great friends. Saint soon retired and I had realized when she retired that I was not yet ranked. A new leader known as Dryvit came into the picture and I asked him why I wasn’t on ranks. At this point Dryvit introduced me to a magical place known as the “Join Page” and I was soon given the 2nd lowest member rank at that time, Specialist.
I began my journey in CP Armies and I slowly began to progress through the rank of ACP. Around the time when I became an ACP Captain, I was recruited for the first time into another army known as the Hot Sauce Army, or HSA, by their leader Dudex. I was still young and this new army had offered me a moderator rank which I quickly grabbed at. I became consistently active in HSA and even became great friends with Dudex and some other troops whose names have long slipped my mind. At this point I decided to leave ACP and focus solely on HSA. HSA rose in power and became a prominent army during this time. A few weeks into HSA I got into a big fight with Dudex and I promptly chose to leave HSA. From this point on, the man who had recruited me into CP Armies came and called me to join another army, the CP Clones.
The Beginning of Leadership: CP Clones
I would like to now state that I personally have three home armies, the Army of CP, the CP Clones, and the Golden Troops, who we are yet to begin to discuss.
My journey in CP Clones taught me a lot of what I know now about how to lead. Dan9765 was at this point a 2ic in the CP Clones and he was friends with the current leader and creator of the army, Blueswill. Blueswill chose to give me the rank of 3ic and for the first time in my life, I was an owner in an army. CP Clones were at this time, considered a medium army by the likes of CPAC and SMAC. The max that the CP Clones would get at this point would be normally between 10-15 troops on CP. But boy, were these bastards a rowdy bunch. I’m going to simply tell my entire CP Clone story in one sitting, I rose through the rank with the Clones, eventually making my way up to leader with many others by my side. I became great friends with Blueswill and another CPC leader, Xgthrecgtejm. CP Clones were an army full of coups, scandals, and fights. Honestly, I have no idea how the hell the army lasted from 2007 through to 2011. But through it all, before my retirement in 2011 where I left for 2 years, CP Clones joined the Legends Cup I under my leadership and defeated the first army, and then went on to what Iasage called as “the surprise of the tournament”, defeat the Doritos of CP while maxing around 35 troops. This was the end of my CP Clones career.
Creating a Name: Golden Troops
As I mentioned, I have always considered the Golden Troops as one of my home armies. During my time with CP Clones I joined the Golden Warriors for a high mod rank and within two months I had made myself the 3ic of GW. Shortly after becoming 3ic and event occurred that still affects the course of CP Army history even today, the merge between the CP Sun Troops and the Golden Warriors to create the Golden Troops. I became the 3ic of the newly powerful Golden Troops and very swiftly rose to 2ic. I became great friends with the current leaders, Saiyaman Xc, Riotors, Sklooperis, Flipper7706, and Ganger90. I made many other great friends among the owners like Sercan4444, Jerry2cool, and Swimmy Blue. To be honest, there are more friends, but the list would take too long to compose. Through GT I fought in the great war between GT and IW. This was truly one of the greatest wars I have ever been in and was honored to be able to lead GT into many battles. I was there all the way up until GT finally died, I came back shortly as leader in a later generation, but the title of GT Leader means nothing to me, I would rather take the GT 2ic title of the first generation, because a title means nothing if you don’t take something from it.
The Name: Albaro Lord
So that is the beginning. This is what created the Albaro Lord you see today. As well as this, as I got to know Sklooperis he introduced me to Iasage, which started me into my CPAC career. Iasage has chosen to give me the position of reporter at this time, but I quickly learned that I sucked at writing stories and I could see that my CPAC Heads saw this too. So I talked to Sklooperis and Iasage about this, and instead of getting fired I basically got promoted to CPAC Page Maintainer and got editor on the site. Moral of that story, if you suck at something, get promoted to a dead end job.
Now, in 2011 I chose to retire for approximately two years and didn’t return to armies until September of 2013 and chose to join ACP under “the brute”, Cassius Brutus. I made it my goal to become ACP Leader and chose to strive forward. I also regained my old position as CPAC Page Maintainer under the Bluesockwa Brothers. I became a mod in ACP and in October I was offered the position of SWAT Leader by Spi101. I had led SWAT shortly in early 2011, but Spi was bringing back SWAT and I saw it as an opportunity to grow. Sadly it did not work out. SWAT did grow and re-enter the CPAC Top 10, but soon Spi chose to leave SWAT. As an ACP mod and SWAT Leader I led on with leaders who were scared of my presence and soon turned to coup me. After the coup it took SWAT around two weeks to die. I became more consistency active in ACP as well, now that Cas had also seen a coup by the hands of Flipmoo and Sercan. Sercan was an old friend, and Jerry, who was 2ic at this time was as well. I continued to push in my ACP career and soon what I thought would never happened, happened. I became ACP 3ic. Time kept going and ACP stayed strong. My CPAC career ended shortly after I became ACP 2ic in early summer. If you took the time to read this, you might be looking at me as a person who never reached their goal. I said I came back with the goal to become ACP Leader. I did not achieve the rank on the page, but I truly believe that I achieved in the eyes of my fellow soldiers. With no US leader after the retirement of Jerry I believe that I led the US division of ACP with every might of my soul. My name is Albaro Lord, I am ACP 2ic. I am the leader who does not need a title or a plaque with my name on it, for a title means nothing if you don’t take something from it, and yes, I took it all.
Thank you. I will not be making a list of people to thank, because I truly thank each and every one of you, and if you were my friend here, you know I’m thanking you from the bottom of my heart. For the final time, I salute you.

I never really got to speak to you, but you were a great leader and a cool guy on chat. It’s a surprise and a shock to see you suddenly retire like this, but I hope all goes well for you in the future.
Thank you for your service to the ACP.
Bye Alb, the 2 months that we were owner together was fun, albeit stressful. You were a great leader and friend, and you were not afraid to take charge or get your hands dirty.
Your retirement was sooner than expected, but that means you trust that we will be able to maintain our sizes and that you left feeling confident. I’m sure you have your reasons for leaving early, and I respect that.
Have fun partying on retirement island, and don’t forget to visit once in a while. :p
AH the old HSA, good times 😀 I think you did a great job in your career as a lot of people recognize your name. Have fun in whatever your next adventure will be.
Peace Out 🙂
