Official Update: Due to the scale of this decision, we will be consulting a larger group of the panel of guardians for the final determination. Our current position is to give Sercan and Stromae the benefit of the doubt, however we will still be evaluating Legend status based on other actions that occurred during the Triumvirate leadership. This will be determined at a later date.
Edit: For evaluative purposes, Stromae joined ACP in November 2013 and achieved 3rd in Command in February 2014, only 3.5 months, by someone who had never been in ACP before. The alleged bribe occurred in January and Stromae was owner just over a month later.
It was observed today in a conversation on GT chat that Sercan, as Leader of ACP, accepted a 10,000 xat bribe from Stromae to make him an owner in ACP, a rank Stromae received far more quickly than any of the other owners at the time. Sercan had initially reported this to us as a donation of xats which would be used solely for ACP activities, however in the video below, Sercan himself referred to this transfer as a bribe which enabled Stromae to become a 3rd in Command, to which Stromae replied “thanks for reminding people”.
This revelation, in addition to the known scandals that so shamed ACP during Sercan’s leadership here, have forced Shab and I to hereby strip both Sercan and Stromae of their status as ACP Legends, as well as revoking the chat ranks associated with these titles, leaving both as member ranks.
To Sercan, I am tired of forgiving your actions, and although you have always treated me with the utmost respect, I’m afraid those of us who have maintained the integrity of the ACP leadership throughout our careers cannot respect your actions. With that being said, you deliberately lied to me about this situation and continued to do unethical things even after I told you to stop – you promised me this and you betrayed my trust. I’m putting all of this out there so we can finally be rid of the actions of you and your associates.
To both of you and others previously, may this be the last time that the ACP leadership is disgraced by such behavior.

For those of you who are not aware, I gave Sercan 10k as a birthday present. Serc and I were interrogated over this at the time. As a result Sercan and I like to joke about it.
Ik removing this post would make you look like complete fools but I plead to you, if you are going to punish anyone for this idiotic reason, punish me.
I would also like to note, Sercan and I were close friends way before I gave him the 10k for his birthday.

This is an absolute joke and ridiculous. It shows ACP overreacting and jumping to conclusions before even investigating and makes a joke out of the currant leadership.
It’s sad that you’d actually believe that Sercan would take a 10k bribe for 3ic and it wouldn’t add up that hes stupid enough to make a deal with a full chat on main about it too.
ACP gets off on pointing fingers for no valid reason. Anything you have against Sercan from before should be put aside because this was obviously a quickly concluded matter. It even looks like a joke.

It is a joke, and finally people are realising it is one! Unfortunately, the damage has been done. They thought they were doing what is best for ACP, and I respect them for that. 🙂 As I say again though;

Slime’s edit: I remember Stromae joining ACP in late 2013. I was the one that gave him moderator. He just seemed to work up very fast because he did a pretty big impact in ACP; recruiting and attending events, he rose up those ranks fast (but a bit too fast!)
Let me tell you my part of the story.
First of all, what has been said on chat, was a joke, Stromae has never been given that rank because of the xat transfer that has been given to me. Actually, at the moment, I knew that Stromae has been in ACP for longer than you claim.
Stromae has given me many xats that were used for ads only, and also, Stromae has given the whole active ownership 200 days and a large part of the moderators 100 days, when I promoted him to 3ic, it was also mentioned he does a lot of giveaways which were given to the troops to keep the army fun.
I hate I have to mention the following obvious facts:
– what has been said in the videos, is obviously a joke, it’s been in front of around 30 people on main chat, and stuff like that, is not something you’d talk about on main chat if you were serious, not with the Treason Protocole. Of course, here you can come with the argument: “What made you say that when you knew the Treason Protocol came out a few days ago?” The answer to this would be that I did not expect to lose all my ranks and titles due to something that is obviously a joke . Also, in the video, there’s a part of me actually saying “LOL jk” but it’s actually been pretty fast left behind.

– apparently, I’ve been granted the “benefit of the doubt” yet there’s still going to be a trial on older things I’ve done that we’ve already talked through a thousand times. Also, you claim I’ve lied to you when I said I stopped doing bad things, do you, yourself, believe that? I’ve had that namecolor around March, not a lot before I retired nonetheless, this alleged “bribe” apparently occured in January. I have stopped when I told you I stopped, it didn’t even occur for a long period, even if that bribe did happen, it would’ve been before I stated that I stopped. (no I’m not saying the bribe did occur)
So basically, there’s no way to prove this actually happened, you guys admitted that and gave me the benefit of the doubt, yet I’m still being charged on something you guys agreed didn’t overcome all the work and success I’ve brought into ACP during my leadership which was not false, hence why you agreed on giving me owner. I don’t see why you’re going to have to debate the same thing again, and that you guys are refreshing this in everyone’s mind just in the middle of the Legend Inductions because of something that is clearly a joke in the middle of the chat. You, yourself, told me I’m not stupid yesterday, but only someone far worse than stupid, not even a retard, would say something like that on main chat if it did indeed happen.
