Hello, ACP Moderators!
If you have read my “ACP Augmentation” post, I’m sure that you are all aware of why this post was made! That’s right, I want you guys to choose which organization you would like to join!
ACPRF or ACPTR?
Before you guys comment, I’ve included the requirements to enroll, and a brief introduction of each syndicate below.
ACPRF
Requirements:
- Must only be in the ACP.
- Must have an ACP Leader’s approval to be added onto the website.
- All ACPRF members are expected to recruit AT LEAST 7 hours per week / 1 hour per day.
- If you have a Windows computer, you will be required to download an autotyper. (We all use a virus-free program.)
Brief Description:
The ACP Recruiting Force is the main organization that brings in most of our troops. The ACPRF have an organized system where we record our hours of recruiting so that leaders will be able to recognize the efforts of the troops. In addition to that, ACPRF staff will also get a higher chance of getting promoted compared to those who aren’t in it. The ACPRF is mainly managed by the ACPRF Director, but the ACP leaders are able to inaugurate them. The ACPRF are a hard-core association since it is our main pillar of recruiting new soldiers, which is why you should not join just because of the promotion advantage.
ACPTR
Requirements:
- Must lead ACPTR lessons and teach the recruits.
- Must be able to introduce, welcome, and greet the new troops that come onto our chat, and will have to motivate the new troops to stay long-term.
- Will be required to guide and help the troops if they require aid.
- Will be obligated to remind everybody of the upcoming events on main constantly.
Brief Description:
Those who join the ACPTR (whom are not a cadet) will be an Instructor, who will be incharge of holding ACPTR teaching sessions, aiding the troops, and reminding everyone of upcoming events. The ACPTR staff are specialists when it comes to new recruits. All ACPTR Instructors will be taught by the ACPTR Directors and Vice Directors of their duties. For every recruit a person helps, he/she will fill out a sheet (which can be found on the ACPTR staff site) so that they will be credited for their efforts.

Well, I really put my effort into ACP. I try recruiting all the time I am offline but sometimes I just have to turn it off 🙁 . For ACPTR, I try to attend the classes and teach as best as I could. For the normal ACP, when I am not recruiting, I introduce the recruits, the best I could. 😛

Well first of all I enjoy coming on the chat whenever I can. I love the people who go there which makes me want to go there more. I like attending as many events as I can without things stopping me. I am starting to lead more as well which I am happy with. I also try and recruit from time to time too. (Mostly with fans, shhhhh) 😛

Well, I am usually very active, and I often help out new recruits and welcome them. Sometimes when there are less people on chat, I autotype on CP. I also chat recruit when I have time. Though I don’t attend some of the events, I am usually on chat for more than a few hours, and when I do, I help the troops get ready for the next tactic. I also try to get troops on before an event. I want to do more in ACP, do my part to make ACP become what it SHOULD be, and make more people trust me.
Okay, maybe that was more than a paragraph, but whatever 😛
**I may not be on that much since it’s summer and parents go like, ITS SUMMER GO OUT AND PLAY, so I won’t be as active as before. I might only be on for an hour or 2 or only for the event, maybe even be inactive for a few consecutive days, if so, i am sorry, don’t demote me please.**
ACP moderators, choose carefully! Don’t just go with ACPTR or ACPRF because ‘it sounds like less work’ or ‘it’s cooler’; really think about your own strengths and weaknesses. What would you be able to do better? If you have good discipline and you’re able to sustain daily recruiting for a long time, ACPRF might sound good for you; if you have good social skills and enjoy meeting and welcoming new people, ACPTR might be a better choice. 4. For the ACP, I do many things. I attend events, I recruit with the ACPRF, and patrol, leaving comments on the “Did You Patrol?” page. I try to help out and give my fellow moderators advice when I can. I also try to make it easy for new recruits to get settled into the atmosphere of the Army.I love the ACP, and I hope to be able to benefit ACP in the long run.

One example is I keep the chat safe and fun, I’m even faster than the bot when it comes to banning people. The second example is I’m active as I possibly can, Its summer and I can almost make it to ausia events! I am pretty interactive on chats with soldiers and even troops from other armies. I used to be in ACPRF when Jerry was in charge so I am pretty experienced in recruiting.

4. I have several years of experience in cp armies and I attend events often and I can attend ausia and uk events and I’m a moderator on chat so if people are breaking the rules I can ban/kick them. I can take pictures at events if nobody can and I have lead an event with a few others once. I’m filling in this form because I want to be a loyal acp soldier, if I didn’t I would quit and stay with gt but I’m not doing that.

I contribute my life to the ACP. I always want to try and help new people. I can try to recruit but I am always so busy to try and set it up, but if I do, I try to autotype as long as I can. I come to events almost every day and it would be a pleasure when I become an editor, I could fix some grammar mistakes I see on pages.

I contribute my whole expertise into the ACP. Firstly I get the ACPRF to recruit in groups while i recruit alongside them for a fairly long time, also going on side computers to increase the rate of troops we get. I moderate the ACPRF to ensure we are stable and doing our job and making sure we all recruit everyday. I welcome most of the new troops if I am not AFK and give them various links to our site to help them out and have them ask me ANY questions they might have. I contribute some of my leadership skills into the ACP as well and while there are no owners online I do my best to get all of our troops online during an event and lead us. I’m a hard worker and i’m on xat 10-14 hours a day i’m either recruiting, hanging out, or at an event.
Firstly, I’m commenting to keep my modship. All moderators comment, so just covering my backside.
Secondly, my job is to be picky.
It’s a great idea, trying to get the troops involved in the various areas of the ACP, but some may just not have the time. It should be more of a pushy option [for example, owners regularly talking about it on main chat, implying that it’d be better if you did join], or something that’ll give you benefits [for example, getting medals for the initial joining], rather than a requirement.
It’s fine, the retires aren’t required to comment. 🙂
That’s true, but this policy only mandates that the moderators are to be in one of the organizations. Whether they contribute a lot or not to it is completely up to them, and it’s an axiomatic fact that those who do more and try their best will be promoted higher compared to those who don’t. If they simply do not have the time then that’s not a problem; it simply signifies that they will move up the ranks slower than those who contribute more time to the ACP. :p

I have been helping ACP anyway I can. I try to recruit all night when I am sleeping and I have helped allot of new recruits on chat. I like to help any troop any way I can and treat them the way I want to be treated. I was once a newbie in armies so I know how it feels for newer troops coming into ACP. I teach with ACPTR’s wonderful Instructors and we give the Cadet good advice, knowledge, etc. I am also going to stay in ACP for as long as I have free time to do so :). But all in all, I like teaching new troops, that’s what I am contributing to the ACP :).

Alright so what the hell is that? Since when do ACP force their soldiers to use third-party software that will get you banned on CP?
This is really disappointing Flipmoo, how can you justify making these guys download dodgy software onto their own/parents PCs and making them leave their PCs on?
This crap is going too far. Using programs to get recruits isn’t what ACP did when it was more succesful so why do it now. It’s irresponsible, if you want to use software like this then fine but don’t force your soldiers to do it too.
It also disappoints me how Club Penguin warfare turned out to be, but without autotyping our army will not be able to compete with the others.
Those who do not wish to download the program can join the ACPTR instead, that’s why we are allowing the moderators to choose for themselves. We are not forcing all of our troops to download autotypers, because that would be unjust. Even if they do decide to download the autotypers, we provide them with alternative penguins (or have them create their own) so that their mains do not get banished.
We always listen to our troops, and if they are unable or reluctant to download an autotyper then we will not force them to do so. It has always been that way. 🙂

ACP is not only my first army, but also my last army that I plan on being in. I contribute to the Army of Club Penguin by bringing multiple ideas on to the chalkboard. I also recruit members around the community and occasionally on Club Penguin. As a moderator, I strictly enforce the rules to keep the chat PG to G rated. For my leading skills, I help out at events and take charge if no one seems to be putting in effort.

Well, I try my level best in terms of contribution, I absolutely love attending events! I try my best to attend most of the events. I also enjoy interacting with Acp soldiers, and welcoming new ones too!

I’ve always tried my best to attend every event, and occasionally ended up with my mom scolding me for forgetting about my homework and ‘too focused with games and not focusing on school’. Yeah. She did say that. I was already on chat 15 minutes before an event starts and after the event is over I always spend another 15 mins on it, because, why not? I’ve also been in ACPTR around 3 times in my whole life, 2 as a member and once as an instructor. And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with me joining for the 4th time, right?
P.S: Am I too late to comment? It’s because of my mom. She told me I can’t use the comp yesterday because she had it watching me attending important events and not doing my homework. I’ve told her I can lose my rank if I don’t comment, and she wouldn’t understand, so, um, I hope you understand.
