The ACP Augmentation

We are in a moment of change, a moment of hope, and a moment of working together. In my previous post, I stated that meliorism was the key to prevalence.

We will stand by those words.

For the past couple of weeks, the ACP administration have been working on a new hierarchy system that will enable us to bring in and welcome new troops efficiently. Ever since the creation of the ACPRF during the triumvirate’s reign, numerous troops have been brought in and introduced to the army. This organization became one of the main pillars that is currently supporting and keeping the ACP strong and stable.

However, there lies a problem with our current recruiting system.

With the ACPRF’s outstanding performance, we were able to gather a hefty amount of troops on our chat, but we simply lacked/did not have an adequate amount of personnels to greet, introduce, and motivate these new recruits to stay long-term in the Army of Club Penguin.

The new recruits who come on our chat are entering a completely new side of Club Penguin, and are most likely to be confused. These novices need to be inspired to join, motivated to stay, and excited to attend events, which is why I held a meeting a few days ago with the ACP administration to discuss this matter. Our conclusion was to make the ACPTR an organization that specialized on the new recruits, in which their instructors would also be in charge of personally welcoming and greeting each troop that visits our chat. However, the former ACPTR advisors were strongly against this implementation and refused to add the ACP leaders onto their site, which is why the ACP Commandants (along with the ACPRF/ACPTR Directors and a couple retired leaders) voted at the meeting (9 against 1) to give the ACPTR an ultimatum to transfer the ACPTR site to the Panel of Guardians. After talking to Slider and Delcan, we were able to agree on the site transaction.

With the ACPRF and ACPTR now under the direct command of the ACP Commandants Intelligence Department, we are now in the position to lead the ACP to prevalence.

ACPHiearchy

All moderators will now be obligated to either be enrolled in the ACPTR or the ACPRF. The ACP leaders will have a final say in which organization you will be in due to security/personality advantages, but moderators will be able to choose for themselves as long as the leaders approve. Members will also be eligible to be in the ACPTR if requested, but they may not be able to join the ACPRF without a leader’s special approval. The policy in which mandates a moderator to join the ACPTR or the ACPRF will be called the “Schneizel Policy“, and will remain enact ever after Flipmoo retires.

The ACP took a large step today, and I’m sure we will be able to pull it off if we all work together and cooperate.

We are the Army of Club Penguin.

  1. Extremely well thought and planned out. We can now only hope everything follows suit.

  2. Not massively keen on keeping the Schneizel Policy forever. Someone will eventually abolish it anyway.

  3. Great post. I 100% agree and support this.

    ACP FOREVER!
