SWAT, your declaration of war is in violation of the treaty that was formed after SWAT surrendered to the DRACP Nation. In addition to that, your claims of ACP breaking the treaty is also irrational due to the reasons stated on my previous post that addressed this issue.
Obey the treaty, SWAT.

Today, June 3, 2014, S.W.A.T. has surrendered to the Army of Club Penguin!

Outstanding job ACP! As you can see here, this treaty consists of 3 things:
S.W.A.T. surrendered to the Army of Club Penguin.
S.W.A.T. gives up the servers they claim to own that are under the DRACP nation. (Includes Mammoth and Breeze!)
There is now a non-agression pact between ACP and SWAT that lasts until October 1, 2014. If either army invades or attacks the other, those actions will be nullified.
Therefore, as stated in Article 3 of the Non-Aggression Pact, the Army of Club Penguin will be ignoring all invasions and battles the SWAT schedules, and hereby voids all SWAT invasions. Therefore, all of ACP’s servers will remain as ours under the DRACP Nation.
