UPDATE: SWAT refuses to admit their defeat despite the fact that they have no servers left. All of SWAT’s invasions will be invalid and ignored, and all SWAT troops are remained banned until they admit defeat.

As of 8:30 pm JST (7:30 am EST), SWAT have been stripped of all of their servers by the Army of Club Penguin, and with the adscititious report of SWAT multi-logging and requesting their allies to aid them in battle (which violates their own war regulations), we hereby state the end of the war between the ACP and SWAT.

Apart from our complete annihilation of their nation, SWAT have broken their own war rules by violating rule number 2 & 3. Read more for the justification of this claim.

Violation of Rule #2 (No Allies Policy):

SWAT have recently asked one of their allies to lend them 10% of two servers for them to be able to continue invasions against the ACP nation. However, this transaction itself is a usage of their allies, the Light Troops.

On top of that, 10% of a server does not count as a whole server. Even if they had a share of 10% for two servers, that would still equal up to 20% which is still insufficient for an army to claim ownership of those two servers. Therefore, SWAT do not own any servers besides the 20% share LT have given them, thus all of their scheduled invasions are now nullified and invalid. (View below for evidence that the ACP have invaded/reclaimed all servers that SWAT had claimed to own)

Plus, one of SWAT’s AUSIA owners had been asking for other armies to help during ACP’s AUSIA invasions.

Violation of Rule #3 (Multilogging):

CPAC recently published an article which showed evidence that Ganger 90 was in fact multi-logging on an account called “Fort 59”, and considering the fact that Fort 59 had appeared in most of the battles between the two armies, it can be said that they have violated rule 3 of their own war regulations.

Below are the results for each battle the ACP has had with SWAT. We have won 21 out of 23 battles, and any disputed servers has been reclaimed by ACP’s AUSIA Division.

2. One of SWAT’s Leaders, Tempahh, also claimed that SWAT’s AUSIA Division invaded a few of ACP’s servers on the SWAT website without providing any pictures. (SWAT’s AUSIA Division cannot even max 3 troops) The post was soon taken down after Kingfunks consulted Tempahh.
3. They also ignored our troops on Club Penguin making them disappear from their screens, and claimed that ACP maxed 5 when our sizes were far beyond that. http://i.imgur.com/yjhdQG9.png
