Army of Club Penguin

Headquarters, Breeze- It has been months since the ACP launched a war campaign. Isolation has treated us well; the results of it are obvious. However, we cannot stay in isolation forever or else we become weak as an army. ACP, prepare for an intense war, and welcome it with open arms.

As of February 23rd, 3:30 PM EST, the Commandants Intelligence Department of the Army of Club Penguin came to a universal consensus to declare war upon the Dark Warriors. Our reasons for war are listed below:

1. Acknowledging a clear victor since our ceasefire which began in September, 2013. 5 months have passed since the DW declared war on the D.R.A.C.P, and we cannot let their actions go without punishment.
2. Harassment from DW’s leadership. Not a single day goes by without DW’s notorious leaders constantly insulting us for either holding events on 5 bar servers or ignorantly accusing us of editing pictures.
3. War is required to keep an army healthy and prosperous. This is a great way to test our strength and to settle our differences.

In order to keep the war clean, we have agreed on the following:

• No more than 2 battles per day.
• Allies cannot interfere or help either side.
• Neither army will make use of their Ausia force.

As is per usual in times of war, the following laws are now in effect:

Provisional Law No. 1

All Dark Warriors personal are hereby banned forever on our chat until the war is officially declared over by the A.C.P.

Provisional Law No. 2

The A.C.P. chat room will be for members only.

You had this coming for quite a while, DW. We are no longer the puny army you faced a while back. We no longer have a dysfunctional U.S force. This is revenge and we will come out victorious. 

We are hereby at war against the Dark Warriors of Club Penguin.
