Hallo! Me llamo Asd [My name is Asd].

So every once in a while I pop and in force torture ask the leaders and owners to allow me to perform some leadership assessments. So, before another coup happens, I’ll just get on with the polls…

1 = Why is this person even an owner… they need to get out ASAP.

2 = More improvement needed

3 = Average

4 = So great (s)he’s like a warrior… but (s)he needs some improvement.

5 = Awesomeness! Perfection! I can’t ask anymore of him/her.
