The A.C.P. and R.P.F. have been brother allies for quite a long time ever since the A.C.P. v A.R. war. The R.P.F. have helped us in many wars, and we have yet to pay our debts to them. However, from what the A.C.P. have gathered, this alliance could end before even having the chance to repay them for the charitable actions they have done to help us. If you would like to know why the ACP were unable to aid the RPF up until now, please view this post written by our 3iC Splasher919.
We request a response from ALL of the RPF Leaders by January 5th, 2014.

After seeing these pictures, the ACP Commandants agreed on forming a somewhat secretive treaty between the ACP and the RPF. It was decided during a conversation between Flipmoo and Sir Pj that the treaty would last until January 15th, 2014.
Then, a couple weeks later we receive these pictures from Puckley, Nacho leader.
We were unable to help the RPF because of the multiple treaties we had with their enemies due to previous wars. Splasher919 has explained this situation already in a post. It was not our choice to form treaties with them, it was inevitable due to us not having an option of refusing to accept their terms of surrender.
The RPF has proven themselves to be an amazing ally to the ACP in the past few months. Honoring our historical friendship, the RPF has always came to ACP’s aid when asked for in the numerous wars we fought under the leadership of Cassius Brutus. It is only right, then, that the ACP must go to RPF’s aid in their time of need.
It pains me to say that we cannot.
It is not that we hold a grudge with the RPF, or from cowardice. That is far from the truth- ACP wishes to continue being close allies with the RPF, and we are certainly not afraid of going to war, after fighting so many wars with so many enemies. However, we cannot enter the war to aid the RPF. In the past few months we have gone to war with innumerable armies, a lot of which have joined the JLA- these wars have all been ended with peace treaties.

The A.C.P. would like to keep the alliance with the Rebel Penguin Federation, but if the R.P.F. no longer wish to do so, we will mobilize and prepare for the war.

The tide has changed.
“I had my sights on ACP.” Wow.
I can assure you that RPF will not be going to war with ACP. I know that Lilstar, Snaily5, Red Gush and I do not want to go to war. Elmikey has said different things, so you’ll have to speak to him about that.
But the chances of us going to war are very slim, and I will not support it.
It’s easy to simply assure them that you won’t be going to war. For Elmikey to have said something about war with the ACP twice within a short period of time, it’s highly likely that he has discussed it with the other RPF leaders and that the idea was well-received for him to consider and say it again. You can promise the ACP all you want right now, but how does the ACP know for sure that you won’t attack them after the treaty expires and that you are simply lying to their face now? The evidence is convincing that war was coming soon.
Personally and for any army leader, it is enough evidence that would certainly end any alliance between two armies and would be enough for the ACP to respond with a declaration of war on the RPF. As of right now, you have committed an act of war against the ACP, and the ACP unquestionably has the right to defend and protect themselves from such a threat before a significant attack is planned and carried out on them as the proof indicates was bound to happen.
If the ACP leader’s still don’t realize that the only thing holding them back from returning to their former world power status is their own “allies” then ACP really is in trouble.
How so?
If you are really going to let Elmikey and RPF walk away from all of this in a “forgive and forget fashion” then you are letting him openly lie to your face. It’s incredibly obvious that RPF isn’t and hasn’t been your ally for a long time. RPF limits your guy’s potential success, because you are giving them a chance to prove yet again that they can get away with anything giving them further unnecessary power.

We don’t want to go to war with them.
Our intentions are to keep the alliance, but with the pictures we received we wanted answers.

Since the ACP v. AR war? Way to sell RPF short. The RPF has been helping ACP since the beginning when Commando first rebelled against UMA and created the RPF. And how does ACP repay the RPF? I know that atm ACP has peace treaties with many armies, but what about in the past years? Didn’t ACP even invade RPF at one point?
Yeah, let’s all hold grudges over others about events that happened years ago. Just like little children.

If the RPF did invade the ACP, that would not be its reason for doing so. I’m just pointing out that the RPF has been a great ally to the ACP.
You clearly don’t know your history as RPF and ACP went to war in 2009, where RPF was demolished and sent into a very dark age for nearly 4 years.
Was this under Boomer? Is there some place I can read more about this? No two armies can remain close allies and never have a conflict between themselves.
