As of December 25th, 2013 at 12:00 AM EST, the Commandants Intelligence Department of the Army of Club Penguin came to a punctilious decision after a sincere debate within the ACP bureaucrats, that the D.R.A.C.P. Nation was deemed to be threatened, thus resulting in this retaliative proclamation. You will see a similar type of declaration from the Ice Warriors soon, as they will be joining in on the war against the Light Troops.

Our reasons of war are listed in the following enumerated articles:

1. The Light Troop’s (quoted) “fuhrer”, Waterkid, is notorious for being a menace of the D.R.A.C.P. Nation, and just a few days ago we’ve received word that he had been planning on annexing our territory yet again in April of 2014. The A.C.P. Government strongly condemns the actions and attempts of intimidation from this individual, thus resulting in a full-scale war between the Light Troops and the Army of Club Penguin.
2. The Light Troops Empire falsely assert the ownership of our servers; Crunch, Breeze, Vanilla, Snow Globe, Outback, Snow Day, Tea, Northern Lights, Wind Chill, Avalanche, Fiesta, Sherbet, Winterland, Yeti, Sparkle, Cold Front, Ice Berg, Misty, and Sleet. We demand for the removal of these servers from their nations page.
3. Their discriminatory and unjust attitude towards the A.C.P. is unacceptable, and their habit of provoking us never ceases to exist. If it’s war you want, it’s war you’ll get.

The joint forces of the Army of Club Penguin and Ice Warriors will reclaim any servers that the Light Troops claim to own, along with any other occupied L.T. server. Any reclaimed territory will be returned to it’s rightful owners after/during the war.

Out of the numerous servers that the Light Troops claim to own, only a few are validated. Those servers are the following (The army name inside the “[ ]” is the server’s previous owners:

• Fjord [Nachos] (Reclaimed by the Nachos)
• Ice Box [Light Troops]
• Migrator [Pirates]
• Alaska [Nachos]
• Aurora [Nachos]
• Bobsled [Nachos]
• Tea [ACP]
• Sherbet [ACP]
• Half Pipe [ACP]

Any other server that the L.T. claim to own are invalid, due to them falsely claiming ownership over land they do not own.

Provisional Law No. 1

All Light Troops personal are hereby banned forever on our chat until the war is officially declared over by the A.C.P.

Provisional Law No. 2

The A.C.P. chat room will be for members only.

Provisional Law No. 3

All A.C.P. troops who are in the L.T. are required to leave the Light Troops immediately, or will be considered as a traitor. Failure to do so will result in a ban forever until the war is declared over by both the L.T. and the A.C.P.

We are hereby at war against the Light Troops of Club Penguin.
