Army of Club Penguin

Hello ACP,

Recently our allies the Rebel Penguin Federation has found itself cornered by a massive alliance of armies. This alliance, called the Justice League Alliance, consists of numerous armies, the most powerful of which are the Army Republic, the Nachos, the Dark Warriors and SWAT. RPF has lost many successive battles against this alliance.

The RPF has proven themselves to be an amazing ally to the ACP in the past few months. Honoring our historical friendship, the RPF has always came to ACP’s aid when asked for in the numerous wars we fought under the leadership of Cassius Brutus. It is only right, then, that the ACP must go to RPF’s aid in their time of need.

It pains me to say that we cannot.

It is not that we hold a grudge with the RPF, or from cowardice. That is far from the truth- ACP wishes to continue being close allies with the RPF, and we are certainly not afraid of going to war, after fighting so many wars with so many enemies. However, we cannot enter the war to aid the RPF. In the past few months we have gone to war with innumerable armies, a lot of which have joined the JLA- these wars have all been ended with peace treaties.

UMA 

The terms of ACP’s surrender to the UMA prevents ACP from being able to declare war until December 1, 2013.

Army Republic

The terms of ACP’s surrender to the Army Republic prevents ACP from being able to declare war until the end of the year.

SWAT

The treaty after the recently ended SWAT-ACP war means that ACP may not declare war until March 22, 2014.

Nachos

The Treaty of White House, recently accepted by the Nachos, prevents ACP from being able to declare war until April 2014.

Greek Sheeps

A treaty was formed between GS and the ACP which disallows either army from attacking each other until December 15.

Dark Warriors

The stalemate in the ACP-DW war ended in a treaty which prevents us from declaring war until March 2014.

With such treaties formed with so many JLA armies, we are not in any position to help the RPF due to us not being able to attack any of its enemies. We are bound by treaties formed by the previous leaders. Therefore, the ACP will be staying neutral in the RPF-JLA conflict.

To the RPF: we have always been great allies and we hope that this friendship to continue. Because of our unfortunate circumstances we cannot aid you in the war, but we promise to assist the RPF in any of its future endeavors unless a treaty prevents us from doing so. We hope that this does not harm our alliance in any way.
