Army of Club Penguin

Hai ACP, 

Guess who’s back? I have returned to the great Army of CP to help sustain the success that we have achieved over the past few weeks. If you don’t know me, I am Kingfunks4 and I led the ACP for 6 months over two leaderships. That is in the past however and now I am ready to help the short-term success of the ACP. At the moment, my appointment of 3ic is temporary and Cas may decide to make it permanent depending on how I do. Now, onto my post about “ACP Voice”. If my appointment does become permanent, then I will do a weekly post on this. I will get YOUR opinion on the issues and strengths of the ACP.

I know we have the senate as well, but a weekly post will surely make our new soldiers and current soldiers of course, feel welcome. It may also answer any uncertainties you have and maybe, if support is strong enough for a suggestion then Cas may decide to change something. On the flip side, if you have something good to say about the army then it is more likely that it will stay with us.

1. “ACP is not a army! We are a family! We defend one and another, we are united as one!” from Shewsy, ACP Trainee. 

This is a really good statement, Shewsy. It is a great motto and it holds some strong meaning. We are, for sure, a family with a core of ACP troops who stay united to the army. On top of this, we do not stand for troops being left out of anything and this shows how united we are. The only thing I disagree with is us not being an army, I’d say we were both a family and an army! We fight together and united, we can beat anyone.

2. “We should be more appropriate on the chat so younger troops don’t leave.” from Lord Allen, ACP Lieutenant Colonel.

An argument that has been debated for a long time, and something that needs a decision to be taken on. You used an example that Lionz left because of how the chat  is inappropriate at times. I suppose the counter argument is that the older troops would then be attracted to other armies. This is certainly something that the owners and senate should discuss for the better of our sizes and the younger troops in the army.

3. “We need to crack down on spying.” from Starfox9774, ACP 1st Lieutenant.

Spying means that the enemy can know what we are doing during battles. In my opinion, Cas has done a good job by making sure only he can unban – resulting in people not being unbanned by untrusted people. People who are on the edge of being a risk are being banned and we are being more strict. Maybe we could do a better job during battles time to make sure there are absolutely no leaks in the system. Good point that could be debated more, Star.

4. “I think the site music is really annoying.” from Sir Pj, ACP Brigadier General.

Maybe the site music isn’t great, so should we remove it? It adds a bit of effect to the site and some people might like the music, so if you don’t like the site music you can either turn your sound off on your speakers, or alternatively scroller down until you find the music widget and press the stop button. We aren’t making you listen to the music so you can just turn it off, or we can make Cas change it to something better…?
