The results of the polls were released earlier on chat. People watched in anticipation and suspense to see who would be given an award. We wish the winners good luck with their achievements and a good time in ACP. Now… Who won?

First of all, before any of you get mad at me, remember that I don’t decide who wins. I simply host the awards- there has been some argument from soldiers and I don’t appreciate that.

Dark Horse of the Year

 Who has the greatest potential to become a fantastic soldier? 

Congrats to Slippykicky! I hope to see you rise and become a fantastic soldier.

Funniest Soldier

 For the soldier who is great at making people laugh!

This one was close- Flipmoo and Lighton were head to head until the end. Congrats Flipmoo!

Political Thinker

Who is the next Margaret Thatcher or John F. Kennedy?

Cas- you have a bright future ahead of you. If you continue to use that noggin well you could well end up a very successful politician.

Sports Master

 Who is the most sports-crazy person you know?

Fútbol conversations all the time- it’s no wonder he won.

Monsoon Award

There are many people I took into consideration for this award. However I decided it on one quality: Who has been an amazing friend to me this past year? Someone who listens, supports and is reliable. The answer became obvious.

Shab- thank you for being one rad guy. It means a lot to me that you take the time to talk to me and  I really dig that.

Best Soldier 2013

Who has shown fine leadership in their area, been a good friend and stays active?

Many people were up for this award, but it’s no surprise that a true soldier like Flipmoo was chosen. I support him 100% in his work and a lot of times try to stay up late enough to catch an Ausia event!

Thank you everyone who nominated and voted to make this a successful awards ceremony. I can’t wait to do it again next year!
