Hello ACP!

Today I’m going to be posting for all the newcomers to ACP! If you’re new to ACP things can seem confusing and exciting so sit down, start reading and this should all start to make a little more sense. Before I start may I say welcome to ACP! ACP is an army from all the way back to 2006 when armies were a new idea to the Club Penguin community and we’ve been around for just about as long as Club Penguin has. Our community is a place for everyone to enjoy and you’re sure to meet a lot of great people along your journey!

1.) What Does ACP Do?

ACP is an army of Club Penguin. Club Penguin armies fight eachother in huge snowball fights (what we like to call battles :lol:) we use tactics like emotes, formations, different attacks, and of course we throw snowballs! In ACP all of our soldiers get their orders for battles HERE on ACP’s very own chat and you’ll find all the events posted here with the times for every timezone, if you don’t know your timezone you can find it below on this convenient chart.

If you’re from the United Kingdom your timezone will be listed as GMT or GDT and if you’re from Australia or Asia I can’t really help you to be honest, your events will be listed as Aus/Asian events and will be posted on the ACP site and HERE. For more questions you’ll have talk to Flipmoo on ACP chat director of the Aus/Asian Division.

2.) Your Duties As a Soldier

Lets jump right into it! As an ACP soldier you have centrain duties that you’ll need to preform. Your number one duty will be attending battles which we explained above. The other duties you have are recruiting (Click HERE for recruiting 101), commenting on new posts on the ACP site and visiting us on ACP chat frequently. Give us a heads up if you can come to events by commenting on ACP posts. As an ACP soldier before a battle starts we like it if you come on chat at least 30 minutes early and log on the server for a bit of recruiting.

Divisions just reopened and were recreated and while you’re in ACP you’re also required to be in a division and preform your duties as either an Alpha soldier or an Echo soldier. Divisions are the separations of ACP which we use to further train soldiers and give Generals a place to lead. Their sites can be found HERE and HERE.

3.) Promotions

So you must be wondering at this point in the post “So what do I get out of this…” but don’t worry because I’m getting to that! Lets set the scene, it’s been a month since you joined ACP, you’re a well rounded active soldier who recruits well and mostly daily and is a friendly person on chat. If you become that soldier I can absolutley guarentee you a promotion maybe even a doubble promotions. You’ll find the promotions post on the ACP home page at the end of the month or if we get set back the first few days of that next month. But if you’re not on the post promoted don’t freak out and uninstall the internet we’re all human so leave us a comment telling us our mistake and we’ll fix it right away.
