Greetings, ACP.
Today, I am here to announce that Capncook and myself, Flipmoo are now assigned as temporary leaders until our true leader, Mchappy comes back. Once Mchappy comes back, we will gladly step down if he orders us to do so.
The ACP are not in a weak state. Capncook and I both know how to lead and settle conflicts, so if you dare attack us in this stage I’ll respond with, “Come at me bro.”
We will no longer linger around 4~5th place in the CPAC Top 10s. Capn and I will both do what we are best at to improve this fabulous army, and nothing will stop us. Yeah, even the recent bots attacks will not effect our growth. From now on, we’re unstoppable.
As temporary leaders, we do not hold the right to remove nor replace owner ranks. The ranks will stay as it is. That is basically the only rights we don’t have at the moment. Like normal leaders, we have the obligation to command the army–which means we can declare war, make treaties and whatnot. I will be working on a system for the moderators and will be creating a special programs for the Generals of the army. Purpleslime4 is currently working on a recruiting program for the ACP, so look forward to that as well.
Capncook will probably be the one to be the hardcore recruiter (of course, I’ll recruit too), while I sort out the current ACP situation and try to figure out a way to counter the bots. Capn and I are both negotiating with armies and are preparing for a war that may happen anytime soon, so be ready. It’s Fapn (Flipmoo + Capncook) time, my brethren. 
Before I end my part of the post, let me tell the owners. I’m sorry if I’m acting cocky, and if you think you deserve to stand in this position, don’t hesitate to talk to me–I am open to all sorts of opinions. But I know what I am doing, and so does Capn.
Note that there is a possibility of Foldez becoming a temporary leader instead of Fapn, but for now Fapn is in command.

This is your temporary leader Capncook typing. I’d like to say that everything Flipmoo has stated WILL happen eventually. However, I am hopeful that Mchappy will come back as well. For now, all I can truly say is that I want what’s best for the ACP and I hope you all do too so I am begging you as soldiers to give this short interim leadership a chance, for if Mchappy does not come back then we will be the permanent leaders. I now make a promise to you ACP that my colleague and friend Flipmoo and myself WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN. We will get the ACP back to number one and we will keep that spot. We’re not going to take any steps backwards, we’re going to keep moving forward! Thank you for accepting us so far into the leadership, this is going to be one heck of a time. 🙂

Fapn…omg…LOL! I’m sure you will be a great team. Just remember to stay connected to the troops and listen/relate to them. Good job guys and good decision Shab. Mch went AWOL exactly this time last year for 10 days and returned to retire. Let’s see what happens this time.
As for bots, why give them their pathetic 15 minutes of fame? It’s just some loser looking for attention. I say continue to bots, consistently, and they will go away, bored because they are not effective and not getting their 3 year old attention. Just ignore them, reschedule the event if necessary, don’ t even mention them in the post other than “bots showed up.”
Anyhow, march onward ACP with Fapn and commit yourself to giving them your full attention, effort, and participation. For the good of ACP. <3

I do appreciate that you two are more experience than the current 2ics and know what you’re doing [Capn with AR & Flip with IMAF]. However, I do find it unfair that the 2ics have been overstepped. I understand that there is the possibility of Fold becoming temp, but that’s still not right – the 2ics should always have the priority over the 3ics.
In this case, I’d see a 2ic/3ic line-up for temp fit well, e.g. Foldez and Flipmoo, Tori and Capncook, or whatever order.
I’m sorry if I seem arrogant, it’s just that I don’t like how the 2ics have been overstepped.
To this I must say that you’re right about there being a concern on fairness. However, I’ll jump on the bandwagon and say that this is probably what is best for the ACP. It is breaking off from tradition ever so slightly, but so far most other armies have succeeded by putting whoever is best qualified or fit for the job into power.
Lest we not forget that Mchappy promoted himself to leader without any form of elections or anything other than a quick transition. I’d say this is the same but it’s temporary and Shab did it, not me. =P No Shab you’re not being blamed, it’s not a problem.
