I can’t come on wednesday because I’m in school and i can’t come on thursday because I have choir practice but I can make friday and saturday’s event.

The Uk Is now BST which is one hour AHEAD of gmt so we CANNOT work out the usa time froms gmt as they will be ONE HOUR WRONG.

No, no, no, no, NO.
America has summer time too. In fact, they start summer time BEFORE us. Meaning EST is GMT +4. There’s a few days in March and October where it’s +4 and +6, but every other time, it’s as if it’s GMT.
Therefore, the 8pm UK is still 3pm EST, and as follows.
