I’d like to issue an official apology to Waffle and Galaxie. I did not mean it as anything but a joke, and I’m sorry that it went wrong. I also apologize for comparing you guys to Meat and Dry. I’m sure that you guys would be good leaders if you improved on some of your flaws and relations with the rest of the ACP. I also apologize for some of my reactions. I should have never stated that I would not protect you from your tormentors. It’s my duty to defend you guys, whether I like it or not. I do hope you accept my apologies, but I wouldn’t be surprised if you didn’t.
Effective immediately, anymore insulting, bullying, or harassment of me, Waffle, Galaxie, or anyone else will end in a 24 to 168 hour ban, depending on severity. Mod’s will have their modship revoked for a week or more if caught bullying or harassing anyone. Repeated offenses will result in demotion or firing, as well as possible banishment from the ACP chat.

For Swimmer and Funks: I have already banned someone. Bender has been harassing and extorting me for weeks. I have tried talking to you guys about him, but it got no where. I warned him this evening to stop, showing the post, and he continued, so I banned him for 24 hours.

About 30 ACP quit since you became 3ic. I am not the only person who has great hate for you. Banning me for 24 hours won’t cover up what you have done.
That doesn’t look like ACP Chat to me, LOLOLOLOL. You can’t get people in trouble for foul language on other chatrooms – the rules of ACP Chat don’t apply to EVERY chat. Grow up, Secret Jesus.

In all fairness, I must set the record straight on one thing. DJ does not PC me raging at me every day. In fact, we do talk daily/nightly and he is very respectable and friendly towards me, we were good friends (I think). He did rage at me after I published the post on Positivelyacp.blogspot.com about this issue because he was upset, understandably so. In the end he apologized for his rage.
I will say one thing, to ban people because they don’t agree with you or you don’t like what they say in general, should not happen, that is abuse. We don’t always think alike nor agree with one another and open discussions are healthy as long as they don’t become aggressive and insulting.
It takes great courage to publicly apologize and I commend you for this DJ. I’m looking forward to you trying to clean up our bullying issues in ACP. Sure, there will always be problems, but we can keep them down to a minimum. Just because bullying happens in real life, doesn’t mean we stand back and tolerate it, that’s a lousy excuse not to do anything about it and watch it happen when we should be correcting and stopping it. I am NOT saying you do this DJ, but I’ve seen comments from others who say basically “oh well it happens, so what get used to it.” Not in those words, but that was the negative meaning of it, as usual.
DON’T BE PASSIVE….BE ACTIVE IN THIS! If we all take a stand and protect victims, we CAN make a difference and WE WILL IN ACP.

I’m pretty sure you made up that statistic. If 30 people quit, then the ACP would be down to ten-fifteen people. That’s clearly not the case, unless a bunch of noobs joined in their place… which is obviously not the case as well. I am aware that two people quit over my joke, which I do not feel bad about. It was a joke, and was meant to be a joke. I don’t have anything against Gal, and Waffle… eh… he’s said and done some things to me, but it’s my job as an owner to be an example. That’s why I won’t bully him, and will ban those who do, because it’s my duty.
You may hate me, but here’s the facts: I don’t ban for no reason. If I banned people I hated, you would be banned forever. I wouldn’t give you a chance to behave on the chat without causing something with me. You hate me because I banned you almost a month ago. I banned you for causing fights with people and me. Anything insulting is considered cyber-bullying and harassment, and, despite how minor it is, calls for a 24 hour ban. If you do not wish me to “abuse” you, then cut the crap. Simple as that. That was a first offense. The second offense will call for a longer ban.

I banned them for causing fights, and on top of that, Sakr dropped the f-bomb. Causing fights is against the rules, and I did give them warnings. I actually typically give Bender a chance not to do anything and warn him when he’s on the edge of being banned, even now.

I think it’s pretty great how Dj stepped up as the bigger person and apologized; whereas Waffle and Galaxie are going to keep whining and complaining and being the 12 year old’s that they are. I could honestly care less about being banned – these two people are detrimental to ACP and considering I have freedom of speech, I would just like to say that I consider them both to be a poor representation of the ideal ACP soldier.
I don’t see why we don’t just have done with it and demote both Gal and Waffle. They are too much stress and cause all of the commotion on ACP chat 75% of the time.

idk why everyone got so crazy over this either suck it up deal with it or leave ACP your going to meet people in life that are not always going to be nice to you for what ever reason. There are far worse people in the world then in cp armies. If you cant handle them your not ready for the real world. Ikr. Bullying isn’t right but people don’t do it for no reason. Gal and Waffle were told many times to change and do simple things like NOT to abuse. I have seen many fights that have occurred just because one of them were abusing. It isn’t like Gal is being bullied because he is Jewish. He is probably being bullied because he acts like a noob which is something that isn’t really good and could be changed. Waffle isn’t completely innocent either with all the things he done to Dj and the incidents of near abuse he has committed himself like when he kicked a guy for ads when I specifically asked the person to link me to a chat. He also kicked a guy for saying “fake” saying it was a variation of the f-word. This is what I mean by Waffle is too strict on chat rules and brings it upon himself although he doesn’t deserve it.
I have told him more than one to be less strict so people will not go rage and or bully him but he didn’t listen. It is a simple thing to ask considering if you are kicking for those reasons above its considered abuse. Stop trying to whine and cry and act all innocent because you could have prevented a lot of it by doing the simple and RIGHT things.

Although Gal has been rather nice to me as I have been to him, Waffle called me a terrible owner cause I defended Puckley when Waffle kicked him for having the Nacho site linked. Then he accused me of a coverup regarding him and the rank of 3ic and etc. No wonder Waffle didn’t get 3ic if he always does stuff like that. Waffle could have been an ideal ACP troop if he didn’t always abuse.
It was just a joke. The fact that we aren’t able to take small jokes makes us the ACP look like crybabies and noobs. My views might be ACP old fashioned similar to Maz’s and Noka’s but I don’t care. Quoting Unk, look how much trouble they have caused before they have even reached an owner rank.

I appreciate the matter. I wasn’t offended by the post, actually, I went along with it! Waffle might of been offended, but other than that, rules like this concerning the bullying of ME was put in back then, and when I enforced it, Foldez thought I was abusing and banned me for it.
