Hello past, present and future members of the Army of Club Penguin
It is a joy to be posting such news on this fine day. On September 29th 2006, Oagalthorp created this glorious group which grew to be a key foundation to a community of hundreds. Yes, 6 years have passed and this army is still fighting to be the very best and nothing less. For more than half a decade, the ACP has been the green lion that strides across these winter lands.
Soon afterward, on September 29, 2006, I created the Army of Club Penguin right there on the Forums. The ACP was a revolutionary concept. There would be an army with one leader, one set of ranks, a set uniform (not just a color), a website as the base of operations, and a single server to meet on. The ACP was the first army of it’s kind, and would change the face of Club Penguin for years to come.
A quote from Oagalthorp, our creator and legend to warfare. 6 years on, eh. We’ve hit heights that no other army has hit and we’ve gone through events likewise. An army that has surpassed the very top and hit rock bottom. Either way, the army was together. When soldiers left, new ones came in to help build what would be the Army of Club Penguin. One day we may hit a decade, who knows? Let us be known as those who broke incredible odds, made the impossible possible and marched on.

Be inspired by the past and strive to mold the future. The ACP was Mammoth’s best, Club Penguins best and your best. Make it so. From Oagalthorp’s age until today, we were our own personal best.
