It’s that time of year again, the time of year when the ACP holds its signups for the Senate of the Democratic Republic of the Army of Club Penguin. Before I release the signups though. I will announce the makeup of the official Executive branch of the Democratic Republic of the Army of Club Penguin, approved by Ek.

The Executive Branch

President and Supreme Commander of the DRACP: Ek

Vice President of the DRACP: Funks, Cas

ACP Ambassador: Stew

ACP Secretary of State: Emp

ACP Director of Training: Antant

All members of the Executive branch have the right to attend meetings of the Senate, and execute their individual position roles.

Senate Sign-ups:

13 senate seats are on offer, 5 mod spaces and 8 member spaces.

There will be seats for the Senate, each seat shall contain 1 senate seat (with the exception of the Grand Senator seat). They will be specified in the individual seats.

You can ONLY run for a Senate seat that your rank is in. E.g – Master Generals can only enter the election in Seat B

Seat A: Grand Senator, Division Generals only.

Seat B: Master General

Seat C: Field General

Seat D: Lieutenant General

Seat E: Major General

Seat F: Brigadier General – Colonel

Seat G: Lt Colonel

Seat H: Major

Seat I: Captain

Seat J: 1st Lieutenant

Seat K: 2nd Lieutenant

Seat L: Warrant Officer – Staff Sergeant

Seat M: Seargeant – Corporal

    Just being honest, I mean no disrespect to to this system, but it’s awful *wary*

    First off, the concentration of ACP members is in the higher ranks, and yet there is no more of a chance to be a senate there than if you’ve just joined, meaning new recruits have a larger chance than battle-worn soldiers.

    Secondly, new recruits simply aren’t as active – and dare I say, as understanding of how armies and the ACP works – as higher ranks are.

    Among many reasons previous senates have failed is because of a lack of activity from lower troops, leaving a few higher ranks left active in it.

    On a personal note, for a short while I ran a site which the senate was hosted on. Although it never lived up to its full potential, a senator who was low ranked and uninterested in the ACP deleted all the work various people had put in to the prepare the site to work.

    Of course I’m not suggesting all low ranks are idiots, but as long as there is a fair amount of low ranks I see no reason not to let more higher rankers in, just so we have more expertise and devotion to the ACP on the senate.

    Additional Information (Eg a speech): Hello ACP, 78562cool here! I would like to be a candidate for the Senate. If I was a Senator I would try my hardest to make ACP rise all the way back to Number 1! I have many ideas as to how to get back to number one. Some include having army wide chat recruiting sessions and advertising ACPTR (I am an ACPTR instructor.) This would supply ACP with fully trained cadets. This is an important part of ACP because CP armies are totally based on the quality of Tactics and numbers on CP. And this would increase both! Well thanks for you time! 78562cool signing out.

I’ve been in ACP for a very long time now why not I go for senate? Also I used to be in ACPTR till I decided to retire it I actually helped it alot. I used to advertise alot and still do. I meet new friends every day and I tell them to join ACP. Also even though I’m not in ACPTR I can still help ACPTR become funner and have more cadets. I’ll try my very best to get ACP back to #1.

    My fellow ACP, Army of Club Penguin has been on a fall recently, with lower numbers than we would have expected during the summer. Although Club Penguin has reached Record Trafficking Levels, somehow not many people are joining Club Penguin Armies. I am an ACPTR Teacher, part of my duty is to get recruits to come and join ACP. We have managed to make an improvement in the Cadet numbers and number of ACP Soldiers, but they are still too low.

    Throughout this week, I have tried out a new way of getting NEW Soldiers to Club Penguin Armies. We all know there are MILLIONS of Club Penguin Players out there, but they mainly just go to get the latest cheats or try to meet Famous Penguins. I work for Chrisdog93, as some of you may know, and I have tried out a plan of sticking ACP and ACPTR links into my tweets on a daily basis. From this, according to the ACPTR referrer link: 3 people have commented and joined ACP because of being referred through my Tweets.

    As an ACP Senator, I would put my plan called CPSRT (CP Soldiers Reference Tool), whereby we would get famous penguins to have an ACP banner stuck to their site, if we linked their site to the ACP one.

    Speech : Hello brave fellow comrades. Why am I here? I wish to become a senator. I will be a loyal and brave comrade. Lots of people have seen me on the battlefield, and I have expierience. I have been in this army before. And the worst mistake I made was leaving it. I will help make this army rise when we fall and boost it more when we rise. If you elect me, I will make sure all ideas are noticed and all voices heard. And I will never put a fellow comrade down. That is worse than leaving ACP, although I’m not encouraging it. I treat my fellow comrades as brothers and sisters. Because all of us have things in common. Intelligence, loyalty, courage and skill. And our brave leaders gift us with inspiration. That’s what is so great about ACP. We are not just an army. We are a brotherhood. We don’t hide on the battlefield and hope we survive. We fight for each other. We protect one another while being protected. In other words, protect and be protected. And I would easily sacrifice my life for a lower-ranked comrade.     Additional Information (Eg a speech): So i have been one of club penguins most beloved members since the middle of 2007, and i still have the same love for the network as i did when i first joined. its funny because ussually i dont play video games i typically am doing some line of physical work, but CP was different for me. but anyway, after the war on RPF had ended with the EPF, i decided to join The Army Of Clubpenguin. i startedout as a warrant officer when i first came on, but after graduating the academy rose to the rank of captain. and now im a BRIG. GENERAL. so i have been with this army for two years now. i have no regrets. i am running for senate because i beleive i can really have help make a big difference in terms of where the army should go, and what battles to fight. i have been senator for the captain and major ranks so i have experiance. ive sat back for a while and watched ACP’s progress, and i think i could really help you guys out here. why i would be good for this job? i know CP armies i have been in three of them. i know the mistakes they make, the right paths to choose, and how many wars are actually worth the fight in the end. see i do what i do on club penguin becsause in my opinion, club penguin is a place where a kid can go out of their way to express their deepest thoughts, ideas, imaginations, and there dreams. and with me wanting to be a United States protector one day, i chose the activities i do on here. and i think that most other people should follow in my footsteps the same way. thanks for listening guys, hope i make it.

I believe that I should be on the senate because I’m a very hard worker, I have all As, I have imagination, determination, confidence, humbleness, and creativity. I think that I would like to help change ACP to make it more perfect. I believe that together, we can create a miracle from one army, to having everyone join us. I think that we can do it!     Hi i’m captain epicorange. I joined acp in July. I started is the rank of corporal. You’re probably wondering how i got promoted to captain in two months. I was in ACPTR in July. I got an A+. I got more than 15 medals that month. Then I got a double promotion for having 66 clovers. So I got promoted 5 ranks up that month. Then i got promoted again. I think i deserve this spot since I’m active an I think i can lead. I’m an ACPTR intern too. I think people trust me like i trust them. Getting this seat will be great for not only me, but you too. I think ACP is a great army and people under the rank of captain is the future. I’ve been in many armies, but this is the best one I’ve been in. I want to make a difference to this army. I want to help everybody here. Even though most people joined before me, but i think this spot is perfect for me. I am a creative person so I would have a lot of ideas. The solders would follow in my footsteps. Thank you for your time.

    I don’t feel that making a speech of what I will bring to you the amazingly intelligent members of the Army of Clubpenguin, but rather I will go ahead and make a sort of a mix of a speech. I, during the time of Kenneth and Flipper was the Vice President of the Senate, which was run by Slider. We accomplished many bills in the senate which helped people stay active and made chat a funner place with more people active on it. The main bill that I plan on finally passing off was one I wrote as senate vice president in my previous term, the Activity Bill. It would make sure everyone on chat was active or at least had a message in their name signalling they were away from keyboard or were doing something, and it would make bi-yearly active checks for ranks to make sure we don’t pile up on tons of inactive people. I will go into the details past that if I am elected your grand senator. When I was vice president under Kenneth and Flippers leadership the other members of the senate and everyone on chat agreed I was doing an outstanding job, and I am prepared to do that job again.     Additional Information (Eg a speech): Well, I believe I would be a good part in the ACP senate. I was 3ic for about 24 hours although sadly we decided it wouldn’t work out. I bring new good ideas and have proved I can lead an army very well as I have kept AR in the top 5 for nearly two months now. I have already been preaching some great things that ACP could use to improve but as the old saying goes, If you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself. 😉 I think the leaders here have done a great job but a new look at things couldn’t hurt.
