Hey guys, it Antant98! I realized we have an oligarchy government in a way, and would like to change it a little. We did have the Senate in the past, but it was not used that much greatly. Why are we called DRACP if all the decisions come from our leaders? Shouldn’t we have some say? I would like to introduce some ideas for how our new government should be. The two branches I think there should be in our new government are the Executive and Legislative Branch. I do not think we really need a Judicial Branch. It will probably be a lengthy post, but I recommend all of you should read it. Well, I will try my best to explain my ideas on paper. Here goes nothing…

DRACP President: The President of the DRACP will be the Supreme Commander. He will have the power to make important decsions for the army. He can pass bills to make them into laws. All ideas from the Senate must be approved from the DRACP President. However, the DRACP can be overruled by a 3/4 voted from the Senate and the 2ic and 3ic.
DRACP VP: This person will be chosen from the DRACP President. He responsibility is to control the Senate and make sure it goes smoothly. Failure to do that will result in an automatic demotion.
DRACP Ambassador: This person will be chosen from the DRACP President. He or she must will have the responsibility to deal with foreign Foreign Affairs Department, which are basically CP Armies.
Recruiting Director: This person will be chosen from the DRACP President. His job is to come up with better ways to recruit on CP. This person will also have to get a certain amount of recruits per month.

This branch is basically like the Senate Branch. The citizens of DRACP will elect their own Senators. I have decided that the Senators should be from the rank of 1st Lieutenant- Division General. I feel that the the ranks below 1st Lieutenant need more experience in the army. Also I do not want any of the owner ranks to be Senators as they already have a lot of responsibilities in this army. Here are the ranks of this branch:
DRACP VP: This person is in charge of the Senate and must make sure things are going really smoothly.
Grand Senator: He or she must have a moderator rank and must be really active. This person will be elected from the citizens. Also he or she must be in charge or running the Senate during the meetings.
Senators: There will be one Senator elected by the citizens from the rank of 1st Lieutenant- Division General. You must be active for this job.

Do you like these ideas? I think this whole new government would be a little fun in this army. It may be a little complicated, but I think we should go for it. I am a 100% sure this new government would work. But it is up to you. That’s why I would like every single soldier to fill this forum out below:

With all your support we can get it approved. It all depends on you. The quicker we get this approve, then we can start it. For now lets focus on getting this approved, and worry about the others later!

I don’t see how we can be a Democratic Republic, as they’re exact opposites. Democratic – we vote for our leader. Republic – we have no leader.

This looks similar to the old DRACP, now ACP is an Oligarchy. The fancy term for when a small group of people (i.e. the leaders) are in a joint Dictatorship role.
All seems a bit complicated and definetly massively over the top.
I do however believe there should be a senate. Possibly 10-12 people of any rank, plus a few legends, plus all of the leaders if they want to join in, in meetings. Leader can veto any bills if needed.
This is all a bit giving fancy titles to people who already do jobs, kind of thing.

Parliment is sort of like the USA government. They have the english bill of rights sort of like the bill of rights. They have branches like the US government. It Almost the same but not exactly.
This is hardly a new spin on the ACP’s government. There are perhaps one or two new ideas.
Don’t waste your time with a senate. It’s useless unless done the perfectly right way, and the perfectly right way is not possible.

governments are booooriiinnng. this is a virtual world, guys! this is pretty much way too serious for a virtual world, nu offense, but we can just have all the 3ic’s, 2ic’s and 1ic’s all in one secret meeting together discussing their ideas but whatevs, guys. HAVE YER’ WAY!

3. How do you like these new ideas in our DRACP Government? They dont give the leader power. Anyways CP armies have been sort of oligarcy for years. And who would want to be DRACP VP if you make one mistake you get demoted. And pluse the senate arnt as experienced as the leader yet they get to make choices higher than suppreme commander who was in ACP for months probably years and yet he is out powered by a 1st lieutant who was in acp for 2 months.

ACP rules says listen to soldiers online with the highest rank. Higher rank means more experience. This government would probably fail.
