Earth Day Party – How We Can Benefit

Today I’m going to be talking a bit about recruiting and a few ways we can use the Earth day party starting next week to help us gather more recruits. How can we use this to our advantage? Well the Earth day party which was first introduced back in 2010 is all about being green, the party’s main color is green as well. The amount of recruits we can get will be at one of the all time highs of the year. We only get a few windows to recruit big time, these windows are March and April which are our most successful months because of St. Patricks day and the Earth day party. If you haven’t heard we’re also coming to a state of war, and whats better than extra recruits in a time of war? Recruits are the future of ACP, look at yourselves whatever rank you are, most of you got recruited here. The next recruits could someday be ACP leaders believe it or not.honest injury

Getting penguins to notice you isn’t that hard, the trick is getting them curious enough to search for us online. Try to use phrases that would lead them to our website for example, this may or may not show on Club Penguin but try things like “SEARCH US ON LINE” or “FIND ARMY OF CP ON LINE”. The more soldiers you have helping you recruit the better, it gets all those other penguin’s attention so go ahead and invite your friends or try to get the chat involved, if you need to get everything moving see if you can convince people to join a contest (not necessarily with a prize) to see who can get the most recruits. Try not to use emotes or joke bombs, just stick to recruiting phrases so you don’t scare away possible recruits.

Only go on ACP servers with high penguin population, Alpine is usually a big server to recruit on as is Mammoth. Avoid going on any servers we don’t own, we don’t need a feud going on with other armies because they found soldiers recruiting on their servers without permission. Even if they’re our allies, stick to the ACP nation when you recruit for ACP, we have more than enough servers. Some armies go to chats to recruit, but ACP isn’t that shallow, when it comes to army chats or chats like Riffy we like to just leave them be.

I’m also thinking about giving out some monthly awards for soldiers. One award would be the soldier of the month which would be one member who has been the all around best soldier that month. I’m also thinking of giving out a most improved award, which would again be a monthly award to the soldier who has shown the most improvement that month. There might even be an award for moderators if I do decide to do monthly awards. Now the winners would get a mentioning in a post, and maybe temp mod for the members and if I can get ahold of Ken maybe we could give the moderator winner(s) temp owner for a day or so.

Finally I’d like to remind all the senators about the Senate meeting this Sunday. Senators should try their hardest to attend with at least one bill to present. You don’t really need to present a bill, but it would be good if everyone had one to present. Remember to make a post on another website (preferably your’s) which everyone will be able to veiw and vote on. Make it a good length (around 300 words or more), keep your ideas clear, and make sure it’s something you can be proud of. Senate meetings are for Senators only, so if you’re not a Senator you won’t be given access to the chat where the meeting is to be held. The times are listed below.
