practice_battle[2]:who?-GOLDS [NOW!]

Hey ACP, 

Yesterday I announced the rematch with SWAT in a friendly practice battle, and today I come bearing more practice battle news! I was again approached by someone, this time by Hurricanex1, current Golds 2ic. They asked if we could have a PB tomorrow, and I thought why not? We didn’t have an event scheduled for Saturday, so it was good to have one. For any of you who didn’t know, Golds are basically the Dark Warriors but renamed. DW did undergo a massive fall a few weeks back, but it doesn’t mean that this PB is an easy one!

ACP Vs Golds [[ Practice Battle ]]

When: Saturday, 7th April

Why: To prove we are still the best.

Where: Mammoth, Snow Forts

Times: 12:00 PM Penguin Standard Time

12:00 PM PST

1:00 PM MST

2:00 PM CST

3:00 PM EST

8:00 PM BST [[ UK ]]

Medals: 3

We also have the same rules as the SWAT PB, as they are basic battle rules.

Rules:

  1. You can only logon at 7:30 PM BST at the earliest – This is so we both get an equal time to login and prepare for the battle.
  2. You can only go in the Town or Plaza for the whole pre-battle – This is so 1 army can’t take up the best position in the Snow Forts.
  3. Both armies charge the Snow Forts at 8:00 PM BST precisely – Again, so everyone has the same chance to take up the best positions.
  4. Battle is 30 minutes long – Hey, this is meant to be for fun! So no long battles, just a short 30 minute brawl.
  5. No allies, or getting people from other armies to fight for you – Goes back to the first rule, it’s 1 on 1.

Since our defeat to SWAT, people are viewing us as a weaker army and a lot of armies are starting to want to challenge us. We need to stamp our authority as one of the best armies over the next couple of days, and prove we are a force to be reckoned with. I know a lot of you don’t really enjoy practice battles for one reason or another, and I’m glad to say after this we will start training again in the coming weeks. This event isn’t worth as many medals as it isn’t the most important battle over the weekend, yet it is still really important for you to make it, as the Golds will throw everything to try and beat us.

The Golds have only had a few events since their transformation and they have been with decent results, averaging 20-25. We will be trying to get 35+ this Saturday, and I know that a few in ACP are in SWAT/Ninjas and those two armies will be battling it out an hour earlier in the CPAC final, but I still think we can get great sizes to rival those of other armies. We recently lost first because of our loss last weekend, and these are the stepping stones to getting it back!

    This PB was not scheduled because we think you guys are belittled because SWAT beat you once, we did also as DW before. This PB was scheduled just to get Golds going and go up against a strong, contending army. Please don’t think that Golds has belittling thoughts of ACP just because you guys lost to SWAT.
