Previous to this post, I asked you guys to rate your leaders on a scale of one to five with five being the best.To see the results, click the second link above. Now, it’s time for your leaders to take action. Here we go!
Flipper’s Review
Flip received his strongest amount of support in the “4” spot with 20 of 58 votes. Also, he ranked fifth in the amount of “5’s” compared to the rest of the leaders (excluding Kingfunks). Compared to Kenneth, his co-leader, he’s not doing that well in the polls. Flipper had 12 “5’s” while Ken has 16, and Flipper had more “1” votes than Ken. What do you think he should do to improve?
Kenneth’s Review
Ken had a tie for the most amount of votes. He tied with 16 votes in both the “5” and “4” categories, giving him strong poll numbers. Overall, he ranks second in the leadership (excluding Kingfunks). Compared to Flipper, he has the advantage with more votes in the higher numbers. What do you think he should do to improve?
Slider’s Review
Slider has had a huge upset this time, as he ranked last in the “5” category by a whopping 7%. Slider also has the most amount of “1’s” along with Carter. This doesn’t mean that Slider is a bad leader though. Compared to Mchappy, his companion 2ic who ranked first in the polls with a lead of more than 30%, he is has some work to do. What should Slider do to improve?
*Note: Slider, I’m not trying to be mean. I personally think you’re a great leader! I voted you a 4, cause there’s always room for improvement. If you think this is really not the best way to describe you, PLEASE change it!
Mchappy/Icey Cold27’s Review
Mchappy is leaving the polls with the most excited attitude. Mchappy got 41 votes for the “5” rank, giving him a strong lead in the overall ranking. Icey got 60%, putting him in a strong and easily defended first, ahead of Kenneth (2nd) by more than 30%. Icey also got the least amount of “1” votes. What should he do to improve, if anything?
Carter’s Review
Carter left the polls with a strong 23 votes in the “4” section. He ranked third in the overall poll ahead of Ek by 4%. Carter, compared to Ek, has been the soldier’s favorite 3ic so far. He’s seems to be gathering support along the way. However, Carter also managed to receive the most amount of “1’s” along with Slider. What should he do to improve?
Ek’s Review
Ek ranked fourth the overall review, but got an all-around score. His strongest poll number seemed to be “4” with 16 votes, only ahead of the 12 votes in the “1” and “3” section. Ek, compared to Carter, seems to be the least favored but isn’t the worst 3ic ever. What should Ek do to improve?
ACP’s Leadership Review
ACP’s Leadership stood strong in the “4” and “5” category holding 23 votes and 19 votes respectively. The leaders have just been able to pull through a struggling war with the infamous Light Troops while also maintaining the top spot in the Top 10. What should be done to improve ACP’s Leadership?
