Soldier of the Week
I think that we should start encouraging soldiers for their handwork! Every week, along with those posts, I’ll start observing soldiers along with all of the OTHER Generals. Each General shall cast in their vote. From then on, I shall tally the votes. The winner will be finally decided by me. If two OTHER mods propose the same person, I shall add them to the vote as well. Good luck to all of you!

Monthly Awards
Each month, the leaders, 2ics, 3ics, and Generals would meet up to form up finalists for the awards. After three finalists are chosen, we’ll make some polls and post those. You will be able to vote for who you think should win. Possibly awards include:
- Most Active Soldier
- Funniest Troop
- Best Morale
- Future Leader
- Most Successful
- The Ultimate Role Model

We use to do soilder of the month.
But this is Soldier of the WEEK!
That would take so much effort, a lot of work, updating, and voting every week. Being soldier of the month is more of an honor.
I agree with Icey on this. An award for the month would encourage more hard work for the possible reward of mod for a month. This would definetely seem like a greater honour, with weekly contest the attitude will be; “anyone can get it”.
Plus overtime you could run out of good soldiers to win, maybe.

Asd is right, how dare you try to prevent the public from having an opinion. People have the right to vote and you should encourage them to spread their opinions. How dare you try to take that away from them.
Radical competition? Maybe that’s what we need.
Who said soldiers can’t have their own opinion? We can easily have it in another form? Don’t jump straight to conclusions.
Ek, if they can’t vote in a simple poll, how else can they express their opinions freely without moderation or punishment?
Shab calm down, I was just joking. If this was serious I would talk to Asd first. I would never do it and I do encourage opinions as I have said in my previous post. However if there was a legitimate reason I would dare to do that.
Many people dislike you, and the fact that we didn’t take you off the site after you made all those post’s about us already backs up that I allow opinions.
