Week Of Reclamation – 33% through – Success so far?

Hey ACP, 

It’s been around 4 days since I posted our 11 invasions across the Light Troops empire to reclaim servers that they feel they own. This is kind of a summary of all the events so far, and whether we were successful. If I’m right we have had 2 invasions, and 2 defences (soon to be 3), another 7 to go.

Euro Invasions:

So far there have been 2 invasions for the Europe force, and they were the servers Mountain and Tea. Below is more details about the invasion and where they were successful or a tough defeat.

Invasion of Mountain

• Date: Monday, 13th February
• Time: 8 GMT
• Server Details: Open chat /// 2 Bar Server
• Size: 25-30
• Opposition: Yes
• Enemy Size: 5
• Server claimed: Yes
• Summary: The invasion of Mountain was a great start to the Euro Forces invasion week. The opposition of LT were small, with around 3-5 and we stormed the server with 25 soldier, maxing out at 30. It was a great performance from everyone, and it set the standard for the rest of the events that would be happening.

Invasion of Tea

• Date: Tuesday, 14th February
• Time: 8 GMT
• Server Details: Safe-chat /// 4 Bar Server
• Size: 20-25
• Opposition: Yes
• Enemy Size: 5
• Server Claimed: Yes
• Summary: On Valentines day, we attacked our loves server with hardly any opposition. We started off small but grew into a healthy 20+ with soldiers and rogues alike. LT had around 3 before maxing out at around 7, we scouted the server and they had logged off first and promptly claimed Tea.

USA Defences:

The USA events have so far been defences, and very important ones. They had to defend Alpine and then our beloved capital, Breeze. The battles were close, but were ACP tough enough to pull through?

Defence of Alpine

• Date: Monday, 13th February
• Time: 6:30 EST
• Server Details: Open Chat /// 4 Bar Server
• Size: 30-35
• Opposition: Yes
• Enemy Size: 30-35
• Server Defended: Yes
• Summary: It had become obvious that the strength of LT came from their USA forces. ACP logged onto Alpine, but had to mvoe to Ice box to defend. The Light Troops may have had a bigger size, but the combination of perseverance and better tactics prevailed as ACP defended from Alpine. If it was close and a tie, then the server goes back to the army who owned it as the army before could not claim it.

Defence of Breeze

• Date: Tuesday, 14th February
• Time: 6:30 EST
• Server Details: Open Chat /// 3 Bar Server
• Size: 30-35
• Opposition: Yes
• Enemy Size: 35-40
• Server Defended: Yes
• Summary: A similar story to the one above, it was a close battle at Breeze where the Light Troops sometimes had the edge, however, ACP pulled through and valiantly defended the server whenever LT moved, keeping tabs on them. Towards the end ACP seemed to take over, and the LT logged off first helping ACP’s cause to claim victory in their defence. Thanks to the USA forced, we were able to keep our capital!

Overall:

So, those were all 4 of our events that have taken place so far. We have fought on each one, some easy victories, others hard fought defences. The Week of Reclamation is only a third the way through, and there is many invasions yet to come but for now we have a 100% success rate. Even if we get 75% success, I will be proud of the hard fought week we have endured. Comment on your thoughts about the week so far…
