Hi ACP troops!

Pull up a chair and grab some Tea. This is going to be more than a thousand words.

This week has not been an easy one for us and especially the leaders whether it be Ken and Flip to Slider and Cart. Flip and I communicate regularly through a network of sites and chats etc. IF we really wanted to quit we would have by now as the stress is ever so amounting. When you were younger did you guys sometimes think teachers actually lived and slept at school y’know that sort of thing? Well the teachers don’t because they have a life outside of school. Now I think that excuse is dumb if you are using it as an ACP leader but anyways.

The leaders aren’t virtual people nor do they always spend time shuffling papers or handling top secret state documents on the ACP Headquarters on Breeze. We are people just like you. We like to hang out with friends, play sports/video games, read and laugh. We also love ACP. (No homo ACP) *wary* No one is perfect either. Flip and I also have a school life. We are not saying we are doing bad in school but school also puts stress on a person. Especially if there is pressure from people like your parents to do extremely well. The pressure of teachers haggling you or assigning more homework. We all know how it feels. Now you put that on top of being in a war.

This isn’t just any war. This is a war against the supposed “number two army. So you always have to be worrying if you win or not and you always have to try your best to come and LEAD battles.  An ACP leader has to sometimes stress out if their army is doing well in a war or not. Losing isn’t fun is it? You don’t like it and the leaders sure as heck don’t either. Apart from that you have to do your best to come and lead events. Which may not always be possible because you got school work and family. Yes ACP leaders do have families too. Sometimes it isn’t their fault they got to go visit their grandparents or spend time with your uncle or go shopping with your mom’s dad’s great uncle’s sister. A social life can also put stress but doesn’t for Flen and I think. Stress isn’t what one ever wants.

So you have a big war, family, school work but oh wait. The problem that ACP has to deal with is itself internally from retired people. It’s not just Shab. Shab is not a bad person although many of his prominent followers act unnecessarily rude on chat spreading talk of disloyalty. Shab’s intentions are not bad ones either. We do have thing’s to improve on but a lot of them shouldn’t even be issues for him anymore. He is good at pointing things out. But apart from suggestions like “Hey Flen, this guy looks inactive you may want to demote him soon” everything else like the Capn thing should not be in his area of interest. You can give us advice on what to do with it but it shouldn’t be some major point of offense if you do something like let him back in ACP. This is our army. If any of you guys think Capn shouldn’t be let back into the ACP why don’t you speak up for it then like how you guys spoke up through comments on an earlier post written by Flen and Ek. We only want to benefit you, the soldiers of this army and Capn did a good job of leading the other day. Without your support of you loyal troops, we are nothing. The ACP may be a dictatorship but it certainly is and needs to be a dictatorship that doesn’t oppress it’s soldiers. We are and need to be a dictatorship that is supported by the soldiers.

We do not want to ruin your army, Oagalthorp’s army or everyone’s army. I don’t care if you are not going to be loyal just go retire. The ACP as an army respect’s loyal soldiers and that is what we need to get more of although certainly we do have many!  I have gotten many PC’s from leaders saying we should just finish ourselves like a dead horse or something of the like and PC’s that were like “I’m tired of this and that bickering during this war”. That is not going to stop me or Flip. The fact that we already got a real life to stress about and a virtual CP war on top of this makes it absolutely hell. Especially when we have a war going on and somebody is spreading stuff that often brings up the word rebellion or disloyalty. That part is the worst of all. And again it’s not just Shab he act least backs it up whenever possible. I think about this day and night and during school and I can’t truly have an ounce of fun anywhere knowing that this is happening.

I am saying cut the crap. The ACP does not need that kind of posts when we are in a war like this. People are freaking leaving or thinking to leave cause of this. This is as Slider says “/facepalm Ridiculous”. To all of Shab’s supporters, you know who you are, who think our 3ics suck, you are obviously blind. They are the best 3ics in a very long time. They actually lead and come on chat very much. I and I bet all of you soldiers are tired of this stuff that has been potentially hindering us in this war. I will not have anymore of this in public posts. We have a war to win.

You may think Flipper is doing all of the work in this Flen vs. Shab thing but in fact we are both doing our own part for reasons that will remain unknown for now anyways. I collect information from people. What I see and what I hear. It help’s Flip form the base of the argument of his posts. Remember the first pic of his post? That was me. He works on posting some nice rhetoric while I find the source of the information and collect it. When we both have our thing we put it together in one post. Early on our leadership, I was annoyed by Flip a lot sometimes and I would think likewise. But after that day in December our whole relationship changed. We worked together as a team in EVERYTHING. That is why we mostly sign both of our names in posts which the other didn’t even write. We talked to each other very much. He had become one of my most best friends. We talk about stuff from the ACP, to the news, to the British/Canadian Royal Family!  It may seem like I am doing all of the work or he is doing all of the work in one specific part when in fact we are both doing it. Most of it is behind the scenes. That is not all what we do. As ACP leaders we forge alliances with other armies and have to strive to maintain them through friendship and good diplomacy by Flen. We have screwed many allies in the past before I know that but this time the ACP is looking to build more friendly relationships with armies that are or used to be allies but still might harbour ill will between us.

If Ken and Flip did not care about ACP we will would be gone already. Who would put up with this crap for months on top of all this war and real life stuff? Who would deal with this even when your grades are going down slightly? Over these past couple of days this is where it has gotten the worst it has been. The stress is killing us. But we can’t give up now. That would cause a leadership problem which LT can take advantage of. Leaders who truly care about an army wouldn’t leave the army during a war despite all this crap that we have been getting from retired folk. I know that some of you might think that this post is great or what I am saying is total bull. I am just letting everything out.

I know you guys think we are getting low numbers. We kinda are and kinda not but we can certainly do better. I think I understand why. You all are tired of war aren’t you? We are always loaded with events. Leading a battle is much harder than coming to chat and logging on Club Penguin to listen to orders so don’t they we are trying to overwork you for no reason.  Everyone in their heart has a little spark they have that just tells them to keep going and never give up fighting against the LT. It is different for many people. But some just get tired. I don’t know about you guys cause if you just want to surrender to LT, we can you know but I certainly have that spark and I am not going to give up fighting an army as evil as the LT.
